First Congregational Church La Crosse First Congregational Church is a progressive Christian community located in La Crosse, Wisconsin. We welcome you to worship with us at 10 AM on Sundays.

When you come to our building (2503 Main Street), you can park in our parking lot across the street. Then, join us by entering the doors just across from the parking lot. When you enter, you'll be greeted by our team and can sit in our beautiful sanctuary with large windows as you enjoy the trees and nature and prepare your body and soul for worship. Your 3rd through 5th graders are growing into young people with unique gifts to share—and this summer, we want to help them discover how they can be part of the church!

This summer, we’ll be inviting our 3rd–5th graders to participate in “job interviews” to explore ways they might serve in worship. What are their special skills? Would they like to shadow a Head Usher, or even learn the basics of the Livestream Team? Some may discover gifts for hospitality, technology, leadership, or helping others feel welcome.

We believe children are not just the future of the church—they are an important part of the church right now. ✨

Have your child complete all 16 Summer Quests by August 23 to help unlock an EPIC Jump Start celebration full of fun, laughter, and surprises!

Here’s how it works:
⭐ Complete a quest
⭐ Ask a grown-up to put their initials in the box
⭐ Keep going until all 16 quests are complete!

Before you turn in your sheet, don’t forget to write your name on it (we want to know who our awesome questers are!). When you're done, put the challenge sheet into the office's mailbox & get a special invitation to Jump Start!

All kids, families, and teachers are invited to celebrate the end of a wonderful JAM year together!

If the sunshine cooperates, we’ll gather at Weigent Park for an afternoon of fun. However, the forecast is hinting at thunderstorms, so we are preparing a cozy backup plan. If the weather turns stormy, we’ll move lunch and activities indoors to the Community Room after worship. Missions & Social Justice has graciously offered to share Fellowship Hour downstairs in the Lounge.

What can you bring? Bring your drinks, a side to share, and—if we’re indoors—your favorite board games for some extra fun together! Rain or shine, we’re looking forward to celebrating with you!
