Thanks to everyone who attended last Sunday's Rally to show our support for the local LGBTQ+ community.

Why is this rally important?

By coming together, participants can help foster a sense of community and inclusivity, which is especially crucial in today's society where marginalized groups often face challenges and discrimination. The rally's message of "be visible and united" highlights the importance of standing together and celebrating diversity.

Now's the time to be visible and united. Join us today at 2 pm, at the corner of Losey Boulevard & State Road to wave signs and show support for our LGBTQIA+ family.

Need a sign to wave? Come to The Center (230 6th Street South) that morning at noon to make a sign and experience art, connection, and community.

Yeah!! The weather forecast for our Love Out Loud Rally on Sunday is looking great with temperatures in the upper 60's and little chance for rain. Please join us at 2pm on the corner of Losey Blvd and State Road to show your support for the LGBTQ+ community.

If you need to make a sign for the rally, you can meet at The Center: 7 Rivers LGBTQ Connection from Noon-1:30 where we will provide the supplies you need to be creative. It is located at 230 Sixth St. South in La Crosse.

Please join us for the second annual Love Out Loud Rally in the support of the LGBTQ+ community at 2pm on Sunday 4/26 at the Corner of Losey Blvd and State Road in La Crosse.

Last year we had a nice turnout and got some local TV coverage of the rally.

At today's event with a speaker on the campus of the University of Wisconsin in the Student Union, we will follow the UW-L Student Union Bag Policy and there will be no bags allowed in the theater. Small clutch purses (no larger than 4.5" x 6.5) are okay and they may be inspected.

So please leave larger bags, backpacks, etc. in your car or at your home. Thank you.

On September 14th at 1pm, we have another event scheduled:

Revelation, Revolution and Rival
A local Coalition of LGBTQ+ Affirming Christians is sponsoring a Presentation by Pastor Jae Bates. Jae is a q***r, transgender, Korean adoptee evangelist. Jae will be giving a talk on his personal faith story, his call to share the Gospel, and the ways of Jesus that are truly and really in opposition to the authoritarian powers of fascism that is oppositional to flourishing for all people in all places. Please join us on Sunday September 14th at 1pm in the theater on the lower level of the UW-L Student Union at 521 East Avenue N, La Crosse. A free event. Free parking in Ramp C-12
