St. Rose of Viterbo, as we entrust You with the needs of the world and our hopes for your Holy Church.
Where there is misinformation, may there be truth.
Where there is injustice, may there be restoration and equity.
Where there is violence, may there be peace.
Like St. Rose and with your grace, help us to be devoted to Truth, Love, Peace and the Gospel with evangelical zeal, no matter how dire our circumstances.
We pray this through Christ our Lord.

🐝 Have you ever noticed how wildly different honey can taste from jar to jar? That sweetness you love is not really about the bees. It's about where those bees call home.

Bees typically forage within a few miles of their hive, collecting nectar from whatever is blooming nearby. Orange groves, clover fields, mountain wildflowers — each landscape leaves its own signature on the honey.

🍯 Earlier this month, a group of sisters participated in a honey spinning demonstration using honey collected from the hives on FSPA Land - St. Joseph Ridge.

The process begins by using a knife to uncap the frames, carefully scraping away the thin layer of wax that seals the honey cells. The uncapped frames are then placed into a honey extractor, where they are spun to release the honey from the comb. The honey flows into the bottom of the metal basin, where it is strained before being transferred into containers.

Bro. Mickey O'Neill Mcgrath, OSFS, has spent decades creating art inspired by Servant of God Sister Thea Bowman. In a video featured by The Tablet, Brother Mickey shared the moment he first encountered her story while his father was sick; a moment that changed the course of his art and is now part of Sister Thea's canonization cause.

Artist Brother Mickey McGrath has created 47 paintings inspired by Sister Thea Bowman and is now helping with her cause for canonization.
