Thanks to everyone for a successful chicken-que and bake sale. The bake sale sold out and 1040/1200 chicken dinners were sold. The left-overs were donated to the Salvation Army. It was nice to see some new faces working at this event. Many hands make light work and it was a great opportunity to meet new members of the parish.

We offer our sympathy and prayers to family and friends of Kathleen Hefti who passed away May 12th, 2026. Kathleen is survived by her son Paul (Maureen), grandchildren, Noah and Zoe Hammes-Hefti and Rei Bangerter.

We also offer our sympathy and prayers to family and friends of Margaret Schaub who passed away May 19th, 2026. Margaret is survived by sons, Bill (Jane) Schaub of Lakeland, MN, Bob (Patti) Schaub of Onalaska, and Peter (Ellen) Schaub of Eagan, MN; daughters, Mary Baldwin of Onalaska, Linda Withington of Chaseburg, Sue Milde, Lori Schaub, and Sandy (Tom) Finn all of La Crosse; 18 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers, Rudy Clements, Donald Clements, and Dick Clements, and sister Kathy Erickson.

Holy Trinity Donut Sunday – June 7th after Sunday masses in Leo Hall and Outdoors so children can play on the playground! Pray for good weather.

Correction on drop off time for the Bake Sale May 20th In conjunction with the Chicken Q, the women of St. Anne’s Society hold a bake sale for a fund raiser for their charitable works. All women of the parish are invited to contribute homemade baked goods for this event. You may drop off your items at Leo Hall on Tuesday 5-19 from 3-6pm or Wednesday 5-20 beginning at 7:30am.

Congratulations to Emmit Zink who receives his First Communion today at the 8:15 mass. Emmit is the son of Heath and Kayla Zink.

2026 Knights of Columbus Intellectual Disabilities Campaign (Tootsie Roll Drive):
The Knights of Columbus Council 839 will be distributing Tootsie Rolls and accepting free will donations after Masses on the weekend of May 2-3. The funds raised go to assist members of our community who have special needs. Please consider a gift to support this worthwhile cause.

2026 Knights of Columbus Intellectual Disabilities Campaign (Tootsie Roll Drive): The Knights of Columbus Council 839 will be distributing Tootsie Rolls and accepting free will donations after Masses on the weekend of May 2-3. The funds raised go to assist members of our community who have special needs. Please consider a gift to support this worthwhile cause.

Wedding Anniversary Milestone? - The Office for Marriage and Family Life will be sending an invitation to parishioners celebrating 10, 20, 30, 40 ,50, 60 & 70 years of marriage. Data provided by our parish software will be utilized to generate the invitation. Couples will be invited to a special mass. Picture opportunity with Bishop Battersby and a simple reception will follow. If you are going to be celebrating a milestone anniversary in 2026 and want to receive an invitation, please contact the office to ensure that your anniversary date is entered in the parish software.

Mayoral Prayer Breakfast: You are invited to the 30th Annual Mayoral Prayer Breakfast at the Radisson Center in La Crosse on Thursday, May 7, 2026, from 7:30-8:45 AM. Since 1997, this event has included prayer for our elected officials, educators, emergency responders, military personnel and area business and professional leaders. This year’s special guest speaker is Dr. Richard Trietley, President of Viterbo University. Tickets are available till April 30, by visiting crprayer.org.
