Altar Call- July 22, 2026 | 6:30 PM

After a summer filled with youth events, prayer, and opportunities to grow closer to Christ, Altar Call is an invitation to take the next step. Designed for high school teens who are open to God’s plan for their lives, this evening offers a space to deepen prayer and explore the possibility of a vocation to religious life. Whether you are personally discerning or know someone who may be called, join us for a night of prayer, a breakout session, and fellowship as we seek to hear and follow God’s voice.

As we celebrate Memorial Day, we pause to honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our nation. At St. Gerard Majella, we honored those who have served our country by celebrating Mass on the hood of a Jeep as many have done during time of war. Following Mass, representatives from our Boy Scout troop lead us in a flag raising ceremony.

Join us Monday, May 25th at 9:00 for a special Memorial Day Mass! In honor of the men and women who served our nation, we will celebrate a special Mass outdoors on the parking lot, with the altar set upon the hood of a military jeep, recalling the way that Venerable Emil Kapaun and so many other chaplains celebrated Mass for soldiers in the field. Our Mass will be followed by a flag-raising ceremony by our Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts in gratitude for the sacrifices of those who have gone before us.

Please bring a chair and join us as we pray for the faithful departed, for our veterans and active military personnel, and for a true and lasting peace throughout the world!
