Shades of Grace is excited to partner with the ETSU Street Medicine Team to provide compassionate, patient-centered healthcare for individuals who are in need.

The Street Medicine Clinic will be at Shades of Grace, 313 E. Sullivan Street in downtown Kingsport, on Thursday, August 13, from 9:00 a.m. until 12 p.m.

No insurance is required, there is no cost, and no appointment is needed.

Services available include primary care for sick visits and minor illnesses, blood pressure checks, diabetes screening and management, chronic disease management, wound and foot care, vaccinations when available, health screenings, medication review, and health education.

Our final day of VBS was amazing! What a great event. Thank you to everyone who volunteered! Several of our middle school and high school students who served said that they cannot wait until next year!!
