A tiny glimpse into our counselor training....they cover all aspects of camp life, including but not limited to... team building, CPR, Child Abuse Prevention, how to lead a child to Christ, worship training, leading discussions, active shooter protocal, inductive Bible study, camp philosophy, the marks of a good counselor, dealing with discipline issues, along with activity certification such as belaying, climbing wall, zipline, target range, paint ball, dry slide, pool safety and much, much more! It is an intensive 2 weeks!

Wanna get dirty??? Join us at summer camp! Summer camp registration is open. Choose your week and get registered on our web page today. Day camp for ages 6-12, overnight jr. week for ages 7-12 and teen week for ages 13-17. ( Must be 13 or older to attend teen week.)

Updated - a few pictures of the finished
swingset area, our friend, Tom Halgren, painting at Peace Cabin, and more axe throwing photos. It is all done except the painting.

Lots of things happening at Bancroft as we get ready for our busiest season! Axe throwing continues to be improved on, walkways and roads are being defined and improved, mulch for under the swings arrived today, and we are working on on outdoor area for our newly donated ice machine. This ice machine was given to us by another camp when we were at our Christian Camping Conference in Feb. Now the staff and counselors can fill the outdoor water coolers without having to come through the kitchen!

A few more days in May for you to get a swimming party in!
