Good morning midland area. Your pantry has held evening hours, once a month, for 4 months to see if this would help those that needed food assistance but couldn't be at the regular pantry hours.. sadly this didn't seem to help. We are canceling the evening hours at this time. We might look into trying again sometime in the future. The Midland Area Food Pantry will continue being open each Wednesday from 1pm to 2:30pm. Good morning Midland area, your Food Pantry will be open today. This is the 3rd Wednesday so we have day and evening hours. 1:00pm to 2:30 pm and then 5:30pm to 7pm. We are located at the Midland United Methodist Church, 600 Tower Place (back of the church). Have a great day.

I want to send a big Thank You to Charleigh Whitehead. Charleigh created a food drive to benefit the Midland Area Food Pantry, which means the Midland Community benefits. Charleigh is a Junior at the Taylorville High School and was named Miss Pana Chamber of Commerce. Thank-you Charleigh for thinking of us. Charleigh, I apologize that I had your school wrong.

Good morning to our Midland Area community. This is a reminder that your Midland Area Food Pantry WILL NOT be open tomorrow, Wednesday, March 25th. We will not be getting foods in from Feed America.
We also want to send our condolences to Debbie Freeston, who has helped run the pantry for many years, her sisters and brothers in the passing of their mother, Velma Cloe. Velma's funeral service will be tomorrow.
The Food Pantry will be open next Wednesday, April 1, 1:00-2:30.
