🥬 LET US… (“Lettuce” 😄)

Today’s message reminded us that Jesus said the two greatest commandments are simple:

❤️ Love God.
❤️ Love Your Neighbor.

In Hebrews 10:22-25, we are given four “Let Us” reminders:

🥬 Let us draw near to God with sincere hearts.
🥬 Let us hold tightly to the hope we have because God is faithful.
🥬 Let us encourage one another toward love and good deeds.
🥬 Let us not give up meeting together.

Pastor shared that whenever he and his wife travel, they make it a priority to find a church to attend. What a powerful example for our families. Our children are always watching and learning what is important to us.

We also talked about baptism, which is a beautiful public declaration of faith in Jesus. While baptism itself doesn’t save us, it is an outward symbol of the inward transformation Christ has made in our lives.

One thought that really stood out was the parable of the servant who buried his one talent instead of using it. God has given each of us gifts, opportunities, and people to influence. He doesn’t want us to hide them. He wants us to use them to love others, make disciples, and grow His Kingdom.

God has never made a promise He hasn’t fulfilled. He is faithful.

May our love for Him continue to grow, and may that love overflow into our homes, our church family, and our community.

“Let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds.” Hebrews 10:24

📖”Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.” — Deuteronomy 6:7

For families, faith doesn’t have to be long or perfect.

It looks like:
🚗 a quick prayer on the way to school
🍽 a simple “thank you, God” at dinner (even if it’s takeout)
🛏 a bedtime prayer
📱 choosing a conversation over another scroll

✨ It’s not about doing more.
It’s about including God in what you’re already doing.

Those small, everyday moments?
They’re shaping your kids more than you think. 🤍

✨ To Love Is to Live It Out ✨

In Mark 12:28–34, Jesus reminds us that the greatest commandment is simple:

❤️ Love God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength.
❤️ Love your neighbor as yourself.

Then in James 2:14–17, we’re reminded that faith isn’t just something we say, it’s something we show.

Faith without action is dead.
Love without action is incomplete.

It’s easy to talk about love.
It’s harder to live it.

Real faith looks like:
• Checking on someone who’s struggling
• Offering help instead of just good wishes
• Showing grace
• Giving generously
• Serving quietly

When we truly love God, it naturally overflows into loving people.

Let’s not just believe it.
Let’s live it.

🙏 “Lord, help us love You fully and love others faithfully.”

Thank God for the farmers! 🌾🤍🌽
We are celebrating them today — the hands that plant, water, and harvest so we may be fed and blessed. May God pour out His favor and protection over all who work the fields!

🍂🎃 What a wonderful afternoon at Bethel! On September 14th, we hosted a Pumpkin Crafternoon and the ladies had such a fun time making their own little wooden pumpkins. 🪵✨ It was a sweet time of creativity, fellowship, and fall décor making.

We’re thankful for everyone who joined us and can’t wait for the next gathering! 💛🍁
