Catholics Come Home
Welcome
There’s an old saying that goes, “Once a Catholic, always a Catholic.” Maybe you have been away from the Church for a little while or for quite some time, but now you feel a tug at your heart calling you back to the Catholic Church. Listen to that tug. It’s your Heavenly Father reaching his arms out to you, the Holy Spirit whispering in your ear, hoping to draw you home.

We hope you accept this as your invitation to rediscover the truth, wonder and mystery of the Catholic faith. As your brothers and sisters in our worldwide Catholic family, we want you back. We’ve missed you, and our Church is not the same without you.

Regardless of why you left or got out of the habit of going to Mass, you can always come home and return to the practice of the sacraments and the fullness of relationship with Jesus Christ and the Church he founded. Bible study classes will be October 29 at 1 o’clock at Saint Rita’s Catholic Church in the church hall. Please consider attending for your spiritual growth. The class dates will be listed in the bulletin

Saint Judes Sew N ‘ Sews we have a craft fair November 6 -8, 2026. All proceeds will support the youth group and mission trip. Please go and support the youth of Saint Jude. Check out the bulletin for more information.

If anyone would like to be on our prayer call list chain as captains to receive calls to notify parishioners of prayer intentions. Right now we have only two captains making the calls. Also, if you would like to be called to add people to your prayer list at home please let us know if you are interested. Please tell Pat Anderson or come to the Altar Rosary Society meeting every third Monday at 6:30 in the church hall.

We need extraordinary ministers here at Saint Rita’s. We have two that leave for warmer weather in the winter, one who has difficulty and needs help to step down and two that have stepped down from helping. We would love a few people to step up and help us during our masses. We need 2 to 3 people for each mass depending on if we have a deacon here to help Deacon Ray will instruct you on the process and it would be a great help. There will be a sign-up sheet in the back. You can also contact Pat Anderson if you’re interested thank you for your consideration, please remember that we are the stewardships of our church. God bless. ✝️

Pope Leo XIV underwent surgery Tuesday to remove a lung nodule and the Vatican said the operation was completed “successfully, on schedule and as planned.”
