Blind faith. That is a requirement, or at least expected. Jesus was all in when He bore the sins of the world. He was all in while He took the strikes that were meant for us. Jesus was all in, knowing what He faced. We should be all in, knowing that we’re not going to know. That’s faith. Would you have faced what Jesus faced knowing the outcome? The very knowledge of events change the outcome. So face the uncomfortable, the ugly, the hateful, the untrustworthiness of the world in which we live. Knowing that God is watching and working it through for us. This we know. That’s faith.

~ And he said unto them, Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have no faith? (Mark 4:40)

Children of God. How many stones do we cast in one day? We observe, proclaiming what we find wrong without considering the flaws we ourselves own. I know I have flaws, and pray that I grow stronger through God to improve my ways. No one of us is better than the other, we all have been in dark places. But we must be mindful. As we cast out stones, we all carry more stones than we throw.

~Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus: (Colossians 1:28)

Are you aware of God in your life? Not just what you read about or even what you feel. God is the voice talking to you, assisting in the things you do. Truthfully, without God we have no ideas, no direction, nothing original; because our own thoughts and ideas will betray us. But are you a listener for God, or are you trying to lead Him? Allow Gods direction in your life, because you have access to the living God.

~ let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; (Hebrews 12:1-2)

As like apostle Paul. Often, I find myself doing what don’t want to do, not doing what I want to do in Gods Will; though in Christ I am still trying. I am in forward motion, pushing, and believing. In me it is not a perfect course; as it is in Heaven. I seek the Lord in my obstacles, and my peace. Still, I struggle to stay in His will. His grace sustains me.

~ Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily. (Colossians 1:29)

We are bound to this world. Shaped to live reality through categories, or classism. We then define ourselves by those limitations. We’ve become too good at hiding in this broken world, which makes it difficult to repent and turn away; because the repenting of categories will not save one’s soul. Designations were put in place, so we would conform to them. Calling to mind that there is no place in heaven for the divided soul. True repentance, is of the innermost-self. Meaning the soul is no longer bound to the old-self. Addionally, our outward grieving will not open closed eyes, because outward grief, is not repentance. God sees the committed reinvention of one’s innermost-self. Not just the management, or a quick-fix of the outer-self. There is a difference between feeling repented and being repented.

~ And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. (Romans 12:2 KJV)

Not every lifes purpose starts as Saul becoming Paul, or Simon becoming Peter. We don’t all find our purpose. But there is a purpose. My life doesn’t live in the Bible, the Bible is in my life. What I say and what I do, I am working to live in the will of God. The things I wear, the way I’m seen. I work to live in the will of God. Even as I worry, and lay awake. I am working to live in the will of God. Within the realm of who I am, I am moving within the will of the living God. I listen for Him, I talk to Him. I believe in Him. He is my Lord, He is my God.

~It is like a grain of mustard seed, which, when it is sown in the earth, is less than all the seeds that be in the earth: But when it is sown, it groweth up, and becometh greater than all herbs, and shooteth out great branches; so that the fowls of the air may lodge under the shadow of it. (Mark 4:31-32)

Jesus washed their feet, because they were arguing as to who was the greatest of them; one not wanting to wash others feet. So Jesus girded His loins and washed their feet. Who is the greatest among them? Does it really matter? Like His disciples, we will argue and fight the symptoms of an issue, simply that our opinion is heard. Solve the issue, not its symptoms. Jesus endured the cross, that we may be free of our weaknesses, and our sins; as we continually fight to embrace them. We choose to embrace weakness, and argument, and trials of this world. Instead of living in the loving relationship Jesus gave His life to offer us. Live in the Joy that is offered, not the sorrow selected for you by this world. It starts with you.

~ Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.
