Good evening Clifton View family. Please be praying for Riverview Baptist and Pastor Mark & Amy!

Medical Update on Mark

After multiple adjustments to Mark’s medications over the past several days, he is able to eat and drink and has kept everything down today. His pain is well controlled and he is getting his appetite back. We give God all the glory for these improvements. We can feel His presence and we know He has sent just the right people to help him.

Mark remains in the hospital because his WBC continues to fluctuate from normal to high. They are trying to find the source of this issue. They are continuing to do tests and depending on those results, he may have to have fluid removed from his right lung. (They did the left lung last week.) One doctor told Mark there is nothing normal about his anatomy. We figured that out a long time ago!

Specific Prayer Requests
1. Pray the nausea and vomiting
stay at bay.
2. Pray the WBC will return to
normal limits and remain there.
3. Pray the fluid in and around his
lungs will clear.
4. Pray that the Lord will touch his body
and prevent the cancer from
progressing.

Janes 4:2-3 says we have not because we ask not, so we are asking for big things. We know God is able to do more than we can ever imagine or hope for. Ephesians 3:20

Thank you for praying. God has already answered so many of our prayers. We are very grateful for each and every one of you who take the time to lift us up before the Lord.

We had a wonderful day in the House of the Lord this morning. Jack and Jay were ordained as elders, and we are so incredibly thankful for them and look forward to seeing how God continues to use them in their new roles. Thanks to everyone who came out to support them as well. Our little church is truly blessed.

Good evening church family- please join Riverview Baptist in praying for their pastor, Mark Grubb as he undergoes surgery.

There will be a special prayer service held tonight beginning at 6:30pm at Riverview Baptist Church for Pastor Mark Grubb as he undergoes surgery. All are welcome to attend. If unable to attend in person, please take a few moments and lift our pastor and his family up. We are trusting the Lord.
