❤️ THIS IS WHAT COMMUNITY IS ALL ABOUT! ❤️
Every other Tuesday evening, Helping Hands Outreach hits the road and takes food directly into areas of our community where families and children can use a little extra helping hand.
We wanted to share a few pictures of some of the sweet kiddos we have the privilege of seeing along the way. ❤️
There is just something special about pulling up and seeing kids running out because they know food is coming. Those smiles, those little faces, and their excitement make every bit of the work worth it!
And the truth is, sometimes we run a little short on food. The need is real, and there are times when we wish we had just a little more to give. We may not be able to give these kids everything, but we can give them a little food, a smile, and most importantly, let them know somebody cares about them. ❤️
That is what this outreach is about. We are simply trying to make a difference in our community, one child and one family at a time.
We are so thankful for organizations that see the need and are willing to step up and help us meet it.

FYI—you really need to experience pulling up and seeing those kids running out to meet you because they know you brought them something to eat. It is worth it all. ❤️
It doesn’t always take something big to make a difference. Sometimes it’s a bag of food, a snack, a kind word, or simply showing a child, “We see you. We care about you. You matter.”
