Join us tomorrow for joint Selichot services with Congregation Beth-El Zedeck. We’ll watch “Shalom Bollywood,” a fascinating documentary about the history of Jewish participation in India’s famous film industry. The screening begins at 7 p.m., with services to follow at 9 p.m.

This event is particularly meaningful for Cantor Aviva Marer, as she shared in the September edition of Kulanu:

"It’s a wonderful reminder that Jewish identity has never been one-size-fits-all. We have found ways to make Judaism our own in countless cultures and communities.

Starting today, the IHC Sisterhood Gift Shop returns from its summer hours.

The Gift Shop will now be open:
-Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
-Fridays, from 5:15-6:15 p.m.
-Sundays, when JLP is in session, from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Shop for High Holy Day cards to wish loved ones a sweet new year, beautiful challah covers, and adorable platters and utensils to serve apples and honey.
