HONORING LEADERSHIP & NEW BEGINNINGS 🥂✨

What a beautiful evening at our Sip & Share Annual Meeting! It was a true joy to gather, connect, and celebrate the incredible leadership that guides our community forward.

The highlight of our night was officially installing our new Board of Directors and taking a special moment to honor Rabbi Jordana for her guidance and dedication to our Sisterhood.

We also shared a brief look back at our recent milestones—a quick reflection that reminded us all of the steady structure we continue to build together.

Shabbat Shalom!

In honor of the Challah Bake Off this evening, we’re sharing a challah recipe—because the best things are always made from scratch.

The Ingredients:

1 ½ cups warm water

1 tbsp active dry yeast

½ cup honey

⅓ cup vegetable oil

2 large eggs (plus one for the egg wash)

1 ½ tsp salt

4–5 cups all-purpose flour

The Method:
Proof your yeast with the honey and water until foamy. Whisk in the oil and eggs. Gradually add flour and salt until a dough forms. Knead until smooth (about 10 minutes), let rise until doubled, then braid let it rise again for 30–45 minutes. Brush with egg wash Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes until golden.
