Troubled Times for Our Neighbors! We are receiving an increasing number of requests from our neighbors in need who are struggling to avoid eviction or utility disconnection.

We do what we can, but our funds are running low! Please help us to help them with a donation by putting an SVDP envelope in the weekly collection or going to nativityindy.org/give and writing "SVDP" in the comments section. Thank you!

NCYC Update!

The Nativity Youth Ministry is currently seeking monetary donations to support Purse Bingo, our only annual fundraiser.
Proceeds from this event help offset costs for families sending their sons and daughters to the National Catholic Youth Conference (NCYC).

NCYC is a powerful, high-energy three-day conference held every two years in Indianapolis. It offers students a meaningful opportunity to grow in their faith, deepen their relationship with God, and build lasting connections with others.

Those who attend NCYC return inspired—on fire in their faith, refreshed, and ready to live out what they’ve experienced.
Your generosity directly helps make this life-changing experience possible for our youth. Thank you for your support!

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A DONATION, please click the link below. **In the COMMENTS, be sure to write PURSE BINGO.
Every dollar amount will help! It costs over $500 per student, and many families send 2 students.

Thank you in advance.

This weekend, Fr. Eric announced that Archbishop Charles Thompson has appointed him Vice Rector of Bishop Simon Brute College Seminary and Pastor of Holy Angels and St. Rita Churches in Indianapolis, while continuing as Director of Seminarians for the Archdiocese of Indianapolis.

Fr. Eric will reside full time at the seminary, where he will accompany the seminarians in the Propaedeutic Stage—the first year of seminary formation—along with other formation and administrative duties. These new assignments will begin on July 1, at which time Fr. Ben Syberg will become full-time pastor of Nativity of Our Lord Jesus Christ Church in Indianapolis, where Fr. Eric has had the joy of serving for the past 7½ years.

Having spent almost 14 of his 22 years of priesthood in some aspect of vocational discernment or accompaniment of seminarians, Fr. Eric looks forward to this new assignment of engaging more deeply in the work of forming future priests. He will truly miss the people of Nativity, who have welcomed and supported him with great love during his time as their pastor, but he is grateful to Archbishop Thompson for entrusting him with this new responsibility.

May God, who has begun the good work in us, bring it to fulfillment.
