The thing that came to mind the moment you stopped scrolling.

Maybe you're capable of carrying it. Maybe you're even good at carrying it. But deep down, you know it was never yours to carry in the first place.

Maybe it's time to take a look inside that backpack and ask what God never asked you to put there.

Generosity isn’t measured the way people tend to measure.

Not by the size of the gift.
Not by recognition.
Not by appearance.

God sees the heart behind it all.

The widow with two small coins.
The churches in Macedonia giving out of hardship.
Ordinary people choosing trust over comfort.

Faithfulness may feel quiet sometimes, but it is never unseen by God.

🍽 We’re having a church picnic this Sunday! By “picnic,” we mostly mean a shared meal inside in the air conditioning because…Texas.

🌭 Hot dogs + condiments will be provided, so bring your favorite toppings, side, or dessert to share.

🎓 We’ll also be celebrating our graduates during service, which makes it an extra fun Sunday.
