Hutto Young Life

Hutto Young Life Young Life Club is every other Monday at 7:27pm!! All Hutto NGC & HS students are invited!! Youth culture has changed dramatically in the last six decades.

Young Life began in the early 1940s in response to an emerging adolescent subculture, the center of which was the world of the high school. Kids’ lives revolved around their school; the first Young Life leaders realized that to reach kids who had no interest in organized religion they would have to understand and be present in that world. Kids enter adolescence earlier and make the transition to a

dulthood later. And the high school experience is both changing and varied across the country and around the world. But, the high school years are still a time when most teenagers make important life choices, including what they believe about God. And so Young Life is there in the world of high school — learning kids’ names, hearing their stories, having fun and sharing with them the great news of a God who loves them.

We are excited to share that we raised just over $20,000 at the 2026 Hutto Young Life Gala!

We are just $10,000 away from our goal of being able to support a full-time staff person to lead Hutto Young Life. We can accomplish this by bringing on 15 new partners who are willing to invest $25 per month.

THIS SUNDAY is our BBQ Fundraiser!!! 🍗
There are two ways YOU (students) can fundraise money for camp!

1) Share the event with people to purchase in advance or onsite and put your name when they purchase, or 2) come to the event and help.

YOU (students) will get 100% of proceeds from people who put your name, and the students who help serve will split the remainder that is not designated to a specific student.

You are welcome to come at 10am for the service at HCC, then help with the event 11-2:30. The longer you stay the more you will make. Even if you are not signed up for camp… come hang out!
