Thank you very much everyone for day 2 of our Higashi Hongwanji Mission of Hawai Bon Dance. It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces as well as guests visiting from out of state to pay us a visit. This event represents the hard work of many volunteers, vendors and temple friends-we are deeply grateful for all of the help you all have given us this year-and to the lives of our family and friends who are the reason why we are here. Namu Amida Butsu!

Thank you everyone for a great day one of our Higashi Hongwanji Hawaii Betsuin Bon Dance! I saw so many members and friends of the temple enjoying themselves tonight. Thank you to all of the volunteers from our members and Otani cultural classes and dance group members who made this what I am pretty sure is one of our most successful recent bon dances! Thank you to our vendors for the delicious food and drink! Day two starts at 4:30pm tomorrow with parking at Lanakila opening up and dancing from 7-9:30pm
