Glorifying God by loving him, loving others and making disciples among all peoples. SVCC is congregationally ruled, but elder led. Join us Sundays at 10:30 a.m.

Shades Valley Community Church is a welcoming community affiliated with the Evangelical Free Church of America. Although we do have various ministries to our congregation and the larger communities of Homewood and Birmingham, Alabama, we are not a program driven church. Our various ministries are primarily overseen by the Servant Leadership Team, a nominated and appointed gathering of community members serving and assisting in the direction and development of our ministries.
