We are looking forward to gathering together for the 2026 Alabama Church of God Ministers’ Meeting on October 12–13, at The Healing Place in Trussville, Alabama.

You are invited to join us as we begin this special gathering with an Installation Service featuring a message from Bishop Kip Box, followed by a Welcome Reception honoring and welcoming our leaders on Monday evening.

We will continue on Tuesday with a day of business, ministry, fellowship, and connection as we come together to strengthen one another and advance the Kingdom of God.

We celebrate all that God is doing throughout the Church Of God! Praise the Lord for his blessings on our church!

For the first time in its history, the Church of God has a reported membership of over 10 million, at 10,503,366.

“This is a significant milestone for our church and verifies the growth taking place around the globe,” stated General Overseer Gary Lewis.

We are excited to welcome Bishop Greg and Jenny Strickland to the Alabama Church of God State Office Leadership Team! Bishop Greg will serve as our State Evangelism Director, and we are thankful for their willingness to follow God’s leading into this new assignment.

We believe their commitment to ministry and passion for reaching people will be a great blessing to our state. We look forward to seeing how the Lord will use Bishop Greg and Jenny to encourage our ministers, strengthen our churches, and help us reach communities across Alabama with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

What a special evening celebrating faithful service, lasting impact, and treasured friendships!

We were honored to gather for a Farewell Reception recognizing Bishop Caleb and Hanah Jo Crooms & Bishop Alton and Gail Bristow for their years of dedicated ministry and service to the Alabama Church of God.

Both families have poured into the churches, ministers, leaders, students, children, and families of our state in countless ways. The relationships they have built and the seeds they have planted across Alabama will continue to bear fruit for years to come.

Alabama will always be grateful for their service! We pray God’s richest blessings over them in the season ahead!
