Today was such a special Sunday at Meadow Grove! ❤️📚✏️
As our kids prepare to head back to school, we gave each of them a little Back-to-School Survival Kit filled with simple reminders to encourage them throughout the year—but most importantly, we reminded them that they never walk into a classroom, hallway, or new situation alone. God goes with them!
We asked our students to share some of the things they would like us to pray over as they begin this new school year. Then, as a church family, we gathered around our students and teachers and covered them in prayer. 🙏
We prayed for protection, courage, wisdom, good friendships, kind hearts, great teachers, and opportunities for each of them to be a light for Jesus wherever He places them.
What a beautiful sight to see our church surrounding the next generation and reminding them that they are loved, supported, and prayed for!
To all of our students and teachers heading back to school: We love you. We are praying for you. Go be the light of Jesus! ❤️
