Hey VKids Parents! If you have a RISING 6th grader for 2026-27 school year, we encourage you to get your kiddo plugged into HUB on Sunday evenings at 6 pm this summer!

They can get to know other youth and the leaders, and can then join trip/s like ya see highlighted below the summer following their 6th grade year! Good stuff and a way Village Church NC partners with parents at each phase!

Hi VKids families! The season of Lent started this past week on Ash Wednesday February, 18th 2026 and continues through Easter. This is meant to be a time of reflection and preparation for our heart, mind, and soul as we approach Easter. It is not about rigid rules or have-to scenarios. However, through simple reminders and checklists of things we can "give up", as well as "take on" we can use the 40 days leading up to Easter for a special time of spiritual growth. We just had an awesome afternoon last Sunday during our Family Baptism Celebration! If your kiddo felt a nudge during the Baptisms, or has been asking more questions lately a Jumpstart might be something you and your family would like to attend together. We will be planning one for Spring 2026 held in our Vkids space following service. Check out more details about Jumpstart below and stay tuned for date release!

Parents: Have your kids shown curiosity about what it means to have a relationship with Jesus? If so, we want to provide your family with the tools you need to share the significance of that decision with your kids.
JumpStart is a unique 30-minute presentation where parents and kids learn what it means to have a personal relationship with Jesus. The event is created on a kid's level, and is designed to help parents and kids begin talking about faith. Village Church NC
