Romans 15:13 (NLT):

"I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit."

Better leaders are built in strong relationships.

That is why LINC UP is more than a theme. It is the heart of our LINC family.

Connect in. Share ideas. Pray together. Speak truth. Encourage each other. Be the kind of leader another leader can call.

LINC UP. You are not alone.

We encountered God through powerful worship and the Word.
We were refreshed through relationships that remind us we were never meant to lead alone.
We grew as leaders, strengthened friendships, and left encouraged for what God has called us to next.

LINC Conference 2026 reminded us of the power of gathering together, making room for God’s presence, learning from one another, and investing in the relationships that strengthen us for the road ahead.

We came together. We were refreshed. We grew. And now, we go forward ready to lead.

Thank you, LINC family, for making LINC UP 2026 so special. We are grateful for every pastor, leader, and team who was in the room. ❤️
