Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the season of Lent. In Scripture, ashes are a sign of our mortality and repentance. For many Christians, receiving ashes is a meaningful way to begin the 40 days of Lenten reflection and renewal.

We invite all who desire to join us for a brief Ash Wednesday service (15–20 minutes) that includes Scripture, prayer, and the imposition of ashes in the sign of the cross.

The service will be held on Wednesday, February 18 and will begin promptly at 7:30 a.m. in the sanctuary. All ages are welcome.
