Faith righteousness can feel almost too simple, but that is the beauty of the gospel. We don’t become righteous by earning, striving, or performing. We become righteous by looking to Jesus and trusting what He finished for us.
This week we talked about how Jesus preached faith righteousness.
Here are 3 reminders from the message:
1️⃣ The gospel is good news because Jesus finished it
Your salvation, healing, wholeness, and restoration are rooted in what Jesus accomplished, not what you can add to it.
2️⃣ Look to Jesus, not your performance
Just like the bronze serpent was lifted up in the wilderness, Jesus was lifted up for us. When we look to Him and believe, we receive life.
3️⃣ Seeing Him clearly changes everything
The areas where we struggle are often the areas where we need to see Jesus more clearly. As we behold Him, His grace transforms us from the inside out.
