What can you expect when you visit EDV for our 9am Sunday worship service? After grabbing a cup of coffee or tea, we begin with a call and response prayer, an invitation to sing a couple worship songs, and then greet one another while the youth are dismissed for their class (for nursery-elementary, parents drop off kids right before our 9am service begins).
Then, we share some announcements, the preacher gives a Bible-based teaching that points to the hope of the Good News of Jesus and His kingdom.
After that, we have an opportunity to respond to the sermon through worship, receiving communion, and getting prayer. Our service lasts about an hour and 20 minutes.

Who knows, the preacher may even show you how to make bread!

Our friends Denon and Chris have sold the shop to new owners, so the giftcards are now void.

Hey kids 5-12 years old, get your global art on in August!

God Creates the Whole Wide World: Art & Bible Camp
Dates: August 4–6 (Tue, Wed, Thur)
Time: 9:00 AM–12:30 PM
Ages: 5–12 years old

Pack your passport for an exciting three-day adventure around the world! Each day, kids will explore a different culture through creative art projects and interactive Bible stories. Together we’ll learn how God’s Spirit is reflected in the beauty and creative arts of different cultures around the world. We’ll learn how God’s love is reflected in every nation, and how we can join in God’s work of loving our neighbors near and far.

Camp includes:
Creative art projects
Interactive Bible teaching
Outdoor games
Daily snack (provided)

What to bring:
A packed lunch
A water bottle
Clothes that can get a little messy during art time
Put on sunscreen before arriving (we will spend time outside)
Cost: Free! Or Suggested Donation: $25 per child

We want every child to be able to participate. You can choose free registration or the suggested donation. Everyone is welcome!

We look forward to traveling the world together as we discover God’s big story of loving us and our world.
