This week we hosted our very first job fair in collaboration with Workforce Solutions Gulf Coast. Over 90 attendees met with and discussed career opportunities with employers on-site.

One employer spoke very highly of a candidate they were excited to follow-up with.

A very successful event that led to discussion for more to come.

This morning, we had the distinct pleasure and honor of attending the TOMAGWA Reach Mobile Health Center Ribbon Cutting Ceremony.

This exciting healthcare initiative, supported by Tom S Ramsey, PE, Harris County Precinct 3 Commissioner's Office, represents an important step toward expanding access to compassionate, quality care for individuals and families in our community.

Through TOMAGWA Reach, community members can look forward to increased access to essential healthcare services, supportive resources, and a patient-centered approach designed to meet people where they are.

Congratulations to Tomagwa HealthCare Ministries, Harris County Precinct 3, and everyone whose vision and hard work made this meaningful milestone possible. We are grateful to have been part of the celebration and look forward to seeing the positive impact Reach will have throughout our community.

Mission Partner Spotlight: Cypress Assistance Ministries

Cypress Assistance Ministries walks alongside individuals and families in our community by providing food assistance, financial support, school supplies, resale ministries, and other resources that help people move toward greater stability.

Mosaic is grateful to be part of that work through food distributions, grocery deliveries, school supply efforts, volunteering, and other opportunities to serve our neighbors throughout the Cypress area.

As we look toward Mission Sunday on September 13, we’re celebrating the partnerships that help us put joyful service into action right here in our community.

This past Sunday, we had the distinct pleasure of sharing all about CAM at the Epiphany Lutheran Church & School during their Texas Best Ministry Fair.

It was a wonderful event and opportunity for fellowship with the members.

Thank you Epiphany Lutheran Church for having us! We greatly appreciate you for all you do for CAM and the community.

Last week we celebrated and bid farewell to one of our dedicated and beloved Client Services personnel of over 5 and a half years.

Mary Thachil has made such an impact in her service to CAM. Having started out as a volunteer, Mary turned her passion into an opportunity to make a difference in serving and supporting clients directly in the area of emergency rent, utility and mortgage assistance.

Her infectious smile and compassionate heart has touched the lives of not only the staff and volunteers here at CAM, but additionally the clients she served.

Mary will be deeply missed as she retires to travel and enjoy this next chapter with her husband and family. Thank you Mary for all of your contributions to CAM!
