NAD Stewardship Ministries

NAD Stewardship Ministries Official account of the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists Stewardship Ministries. God owns it, we manage it.

We inspire, educate, and equip others to practice stewardship through training, collaboration, and resources.
We are stewards of our time, talents, and treasure. By being Christ-filled stewards of what God has given us we can fund our mission to give people hope and help them become whole.

“Our money means souls” EGW Counsels on Health p. 276

The story of Adventist

stewardship centers not on the story of highly-educated super-Christians sacrificially giving extraordinary amounts of money. It's the story of everyday people who answer the call to give of themselves and touch the lives of others in the name of Jesus. And it's your story, because you help make it happen. Our team here at NAD Stewardship Ministries is grateful to have a small part to play in bringing that story to you. And we thank you for everything you do to tell the world about the good news and love of Jesus.

When Andrew met Paula, he knew what the future could hold.

He knew about the diagnosis.
He knew the challenges would come.

But he also knew what love meant.

“Love bears all things… endures all things.” —1 Corinthians 13

Through every change, every hardship, and every unknown,
he chose to stay. To serve. To love.

Because stewardship isn’t just about what we have—
it’s about who God has entrusted to us.

Creativity shapes his work, but Sabbath shapes his life.

By choosing to close his café on Sabbath and trust God with the outcome, this steward discovered that rest can become a ministry, a witness, and a space where God works through unexpected relationships.

Sometimes the decisions that don’t make sense on paper become the ones God uses the most.

Today's I Am a Steward story, we meet a mechanical engineer who chose literature evangelism over high-tech internships — a choice that shaped his entire leadership journey. Today, he serves as a general manager at GE Vernova, impacting the global energy landscape and interacting with people from every walk of life.

His testimony reminds us:
• Skill and calling are shaped in unexpected places
• God can use simple acts of faithfulness to prepare us for influence
• Being “in the world, but not of the world” is one of the most powerful forms of stewardship

“I am a steward because God has called me to be in the world, but not of the world, and that is the best way I can use my talents for Him.”

Becoming a steward isn’t just about managing things—it’s about following God’s leading through every chapter of life.

Today's I Am a Steward story comes from a double board-certified OB-GYN and Lifestyle Medicine physician whose journey has been shaped by passion, purpose, and faith. From 14 years of medical training, to navigating motherhood, to transitioning into a more holistic and balanced approach to women’s health, her testimony reminds us that:

✨ God opens doors we never expected
✨ Our calling can evolve through life’s seasons
✨ Stewardship includes our gifts, our families, and the people we serve

“I’m a steward because God has given me the opportunity to partner with women in their physical, spiritual, and mental well-being.”

Money isn’t good or bad. It’s a tool — and how we use it reveals who we trust.

In today's I Am a Steward story, we meet someone whose journey shows that generosity is not the result of abundance… it’s often the path to it.

From growing up in Ukraine during a time of uncertainty, to becoming a financial advisor shaped by biblical principles, his story reminds us:
✨ Wealth can be a blessing, a test, or a trap — it all depends on the heart behind it.
✨ Generosity aligns us with the character of God, the ultimate Giver.
✨ Stewardship is not about accumulation, but about trust, purpose, and obedience.

“I’m a steward because everything I have belongs to God and I’ve been entrusted to manage it for His glory.”
