LOVE GOD. LOVE PEOPLE.

Jesus made it beautifully clear what matters most:

Mark 12:30–31
“Love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength… Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.”

Faith isn’t just about what we believe—it’s about who we love and how we love.

Love God with your whole heart.

Love Him with your whole life.

Then let that love overflow into the way you treat the people around you.

You can’t separate loving God from loving people. The closer we grow to Him, the more His love should be seen through us—in our patience, kindness, forgiveness, compassion, and grace.

Today, ask yourself:
Does the way I love people reflect the way I say I love God?

Love God completely.
Love people genuinely.
Live so others can see Jesus through you.

Finding the Life You Were Made For

Scripture: John 10:10
“I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.”

People spend their lives searching for something that will make them feel complete. Some search for it in success. Others pursue possessions, relationships, recognition, or experiences. Yet even when those things are obtained, the heart can still feel empty.

Jesus offers something the world cannot provide—real life.

When Jesus spoke about abundant life, He was talking about more than simply existing. He was describing a life restored to fellowship with God. It is life with purpose, peace, forgiveness, hope, and an eternal future.

We were created to know God. That is why nothing else can completely satisfy the deepest longing of the human heart.

The wonderful news is that when someone encounters Jesus, everything can change. The discouraged discover hope. The guilty discover forgiveness. The broken discover healing. The lost discover direction.

And often, God uses ordinary believers to help others discover Him.

A conversation. An invitation. A testimony. A simple act of kindness. A willingness to tell someone what Jesus has done in your life.

You may never fully know how God will use your faithfulness. But every time we help someone move closer to Christ, we are pointing them toward the One who gives life.

Application:
Think of one person in your life who needs to experience the life found in Christ. Pray specifically for that person today, and ask God to give you an opportunity to demonstrate or share the love of Jesus with them.

Closing Prayer:
Father, thank You for giving me true life through Jesus Christ. Help me never forget what You have done for me. Open my eyes to the people around me who are searching for hope and purpose. Give me the courage and compassion to point them toward You. Use my life so that others may discover the abundant life found in Christ. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

CALLED TO SERVE

“For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.” — Mark 10:45

Jesus completely changed the definition of greatness.
The world says greatness is found in being noticed, honored, and served. Jesus showed us that true greatness is found in serving others.

Christ had every right to be served, yet He came to serve. He touched the hurting, welcomed the forgotten, encouraged the weary, and ultimately gave His life on the cross as a ransom for us.
If we want to follow Jesus, we must learn to follow His example.

Today, look for someone you can encourage. Meet a need. Lend a hand. Give without expecting anything in return.

We are never more like Jesus than when we humbly serve others.
Prayer: Lord, give me the heart of a servant. Help me see the needs around me and willingly serve others as You have served me. Amen.

Never Alone

Scripture: Hebrews 13:5
Jesus promised, "I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee." Those words are not temporary—they are eternal.

Feelings come and go, but God's promises remain unchanged. Whether life is filled with friends or marked by quiet seasons, Christ walks with you every step of the journey.

One day, every believer will stand in the presence of the Lord forever, where loneliness will be gone and fellowship with Christ will be complete.

Until then, we live confidently, knowing the One who saved us also stays with us.

Reflection Question:
How can I rest more fully in Christ's promise today?

Daily Take-Away:
Memorize Hebrews 13:5 and repeat it whenever loneliness begins to creep into your heart.

“For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” — Matthew 18:20

There is something powerful about coming together in faith. We don’t need a large crowd, a perfect setting, or eloquent words to experience the presence of God. When even two or three people gather with sincere hearts—to pray, worship, encourage one another, or seek His guidance—Jesus promises to be there.

This verse reminds us that faith was never meant to be lived alone. God often meets us through community: in a heartfelt conversation, a shared prayer, a small Bible study, or a quiet moment of worship with family and friends.

So keep gathering. Keep praying for one another. Keep creating space for honesty, hope, healing, and grace. Your gathering may feel small, but when it is centered on Christ, it carries eternal significance.

Where believers unite in His name, His presence changes everything.

Scripture: Jonah 3:5–10
“So the people of Nineveh believed God...” — Jonah 3:5

Jonah finally arrived in Nineveh and delivered the message God had given him.

What happened next was extraordinary.

The people believed God.

The response spread throughout the city until even the king humbled himself. The people turned from their wickedness, cried out to God, and demonstrated genuine repentance.

Then God showed mercy.

Consider what Jonah almost missed.

While he was running toward Tarshish, an entire city was waiting on the other side of his obedience.

Jonah could not change Nineveh. He could not manufacture repentance. He could not force anyone to believe his message.

His responsibility was simply to obey God.

The results belonged to the Lord.

The same is true for us.

Sometimes we hesitate to obey because we cannot see what difference our obedience could possibly make. We think, “What can one person accomplish?”
Jonah reminds us that one obedient person in the hands of God can have an influence far beyond what that person can see.

That phone call God has placed on your heart may encourage someone ready to give up. That invitation to church may reach someone searching for hope. That testimony you are hesitant to share may point someone toward Christ. That ministry opportunity you are considering may touch generations you will never meet.

You do not need to know everything God intends to accomplish.

You simply need to say yes.

God handles the results.

Today’s Truth:
Your obedience may become the doorway God uses to change someone else’s life.

Prayer:
Lord, help me obey You even when I cannot see the outcome. Use my words, actions, testimony, and opportunities for Your glory. Give me the courage to say yes and trust You with the results. Amen.
