Still trying to decide whether to come tonight?
Let us tell you who Fresh Start Cleveland is.
Fresh Start Cleveland did not begin in a building, with a stage, or with a grand plan. It began over a year and a half ago in Jonathan and Amy Manns living room as “The Gathering at the Manns.”
What started as a simple act of obedience to Gods leading grew into a community of people who wanted to return to the heart of what it truly means to follow Jesus.
Not a building.
Not a brand.
Not a competition.
A FAMILY.
A family that loves one another, carries one anothers burdens, prays together, cries together, celebrates together, and walks through life together.
Fresh Start was born from a desire to create a place where people could encounter Gods love without pretense, pressure, or performance.
The name says it all:
Everyone deserves a Fresh Start.
The wealthy and the poor.
The successful and the struggling.
The addict and the one in recovery.
The homeless and the homeowner.
The church member and the skeptic.
The believer and the doubter.
The pastor and the prisoner.
The prodigal and the lifelong Christian.
No matter where you have been, what you have done, or what labels others have placed on you, you are welcome here. Every person has value, every person has a story, and every person matters to God.
That is why we gather every Sunday evening at 5 PM.
We are not trying to compete with churches, ministries, or anyone else in Cleveland and the surrounding communities. In fact, if you are already connected to a church, we encourage you to stay planted where God has called you. Love your church. Serve your church. Give to your church. Support the leaders God has placed in your life.
But if you do not have a church home, if you have been hurt, disconnected, searching, questioning, or simply longing for a place where you can belong, we would absolutely love to have you.
Our heart is not to pull people away from where God has planted them. Our heart is to love people, build family, and point everyone to Jesus.
Being part of a local church does not mean you cannot also be part of a family of believers who encourage one another and walk through life together.
Jonathan and Amy are not perfect. They are real people serving a perfect Savior. They will make mistakes, need encouragement, and face challenges just like everyone else. They are not above anyone, and they will never pretend to be.
What you see is what you get.
One thing you will never have to question is whether they care. They believe ministry happens in the trenches, not from a pedestal. They believe in showing up, walking beside people, and carrying burdens together.
They believe Galatians 6:2 is more than a verse. It is a way of life:
“Bear one anothers burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.”
Fresh Start Cleveland is not a church.
It is an outreach.
A place where real people encounter real faith and experience real transformation through Jesus Christ.
If you are looking for perfection, you will not find it here.
But if you are looking for FAMILY…
If you are looking for HOPE…
If you are looking for TRUTH…
If you are looking for a place to BELONG…
If you are looking for people who will LOVE you where you are while encouraging you toward all God has for your life…
Then we will see you at 5 PM.
