Three regions are identified in the northeast Ohio regions within 30 minutes of Cleveland, OH. Equipping local churches to glorify God by fulfilling every aspect (Matthew 28:18-20) and area (Acts 1:8 of the Great Commission through the greatest commandments (Matthew 22:36-40). Our burden is to participate with and organize local churches in the cooperative efforts of strengthening local churches a

nd together establishing new churches in areas where there is a need. In short, working in the Power of the Holy Spirit by methods practiced and published in the New Testament to the end that there would be no one outside the reach of a true New Testament Church. It is not the skill and efforts of a select few that will accomplish this. It is the primary directive to identify clearly the needs and to organize the efforts for success by identifying those with certain skill sets within the family of God that would lend their efforts, expertise, gifts, and grace to assist local churches in accomplishing a variety of very needed projects and ministry ventures. We strive to Encourage, Evangelize, Establish, and Edify the body of Christ through hands on church helps and church planting efforts.

It has been since early 2023 since we have been able to give an update to some of our supporting churches in Florida and Sunday evening, we had the special treat to give a much needed update presentation to Pastor Mike Petrick and the church family of Harbor Baptist Church.

A great many church members came up to our family and told us that they have been praying for us and the church planting ministry faithfully, what a sweet encouragement! Their service was a special 5th week praise and testimony service, which we truly loved to be a part of.

Our daughter, Judy, even got to participate in the praise with a precious senior saint, who sang a well known hymn and signed along with ASL.

We were able to spend some time with Pastor and Christine prior and following the service that was a much needed reunion of friends. Even though our family is in Florida on vacation, we knew it was important to be in the Lord’s house for services. Each of the three churches supports Heritage Church Planting and has played important roles in the ministry. It’s is an incredible encouragement to our family and to each of these churches to be able to share what God is doing. We are beyond grateful to God!

We spent our Sunday morning with Pastor Larry Hobbs at Flagler County Baptist Church in Bunnell, Florida. They have supported Heritage Church Planting and we were able to give them an update of the past three years of ministry.

Pastor Hobbs has been a great encouragement to us as a church planter himself. The Lord has recently blessed them with a new church building that is five times the size of their previous building. (3,000 square feet to now 15,000 square feet)

Next Sunday, they and the church family will celebrate their nine year anniversary. What an incredible season of provision and growth here at Flagler County Florida!🙏🏻

Two church plants came together, as well as Pastor Jason Urchek representing the next church plant Bethesda Baptist Church launching in October. God truly blessed us yesterday during the service, the testimony time and the river baptisms.

We are finishing up the last leg of a long drive on our way back from Texarkana (Texas/Arkansas) this morning. We are beyond grateful to the Lord for all He continues to do through the ministry. It’s completely humbling to be a small part of the Greatest Commission ever given. 🙏🏻
