✨ When Christ Becomes Visible

As we conclude our series, Which Jesus Do We Serve?, we gather in hope and blessing, honoring the legacy and music of Dolly Parton—a life through which kindness, generosity, courage, and joy became visible.

Guided by Philippians 2:5—“Let the same mind be in you that was in Christ Jesus”—we’ll explore the sacred work of becoming what we believe.

Which Jesus do we serve?

Today we explore Revelation’s striking image of Christ on a white horse—and ask how it speaks alongside Jesus’ way of mercy, peacemaking, and love.

Which Jesus do we emulate?

Jesus asked his disciples, “Who do you say that I am?” It is a question every generation—and every one of us—must answer, not only with what we believe, but through the lives we choose to live.

Join us this morning as we reflect on the Jesus we have been taught, the Jesus we encounter in the Gospels, and the Jesus whose way of love, mercy, justice, and belonging we are invited to embody.

Today is Communion Sunday, and the table is open to all—no test of belief, no requirement to have everything figured out. Come as you are.

This Sunday, we are delighted to welcome three members of Coralai for one of the musical highlights of our Summer Sundays series. “We could not be more excited and grateful to share our debut album, Secret Earth—the culmination of two years of imagination, writing, practicing, recording, and mixing. Each song was composed by a member of our band. We hope the music carries listeners on a fantastical forty-five-minute journey.” Coralai
