Reminder for this morning. Food Pantry Day is August 19th at 10AM at Wauhatchie Methodist Church. We do not start lining up until 8AM. As a reminder for Food Pantry Day: Please do not block individual homes driveways in the church's neighborhood. This makes our neighbors upset, because many of them are going to work at that time, and we want to be able to continue to have our Food Pantry available for our community.
Thank you for your cooperation. Due to an influx of individuals seeking food assistance, we will be distributing one box per vehicle in order to accommodate more families within our community. Our monthly food pantry is held on the third Wednesday of every month and is designed to be an addition to your regular grocery purchases. We extend our gratitude to our dedicated volunteers for their unwavering support and for being the hands and feet of Jesus. If you would like to donate or volunteer to serve, show up by 9AM on the third Wednesday of the month. Also, as the weather is unpredictable in this area, please keep an eye out for our facebook posts to tell you if we will have Food Pantry if there is inclement weather conditions.
