Indulge in a curated four-course experience of chef-inspired small bites, each paired with a taste of wine designed to elevate the flavors. While the portions are petite, the impact is grand — every ticket supports the students of Bethlehem Lutheran School.

🍴 Course One — Truffled Brioche Bite - Golden toasted buttery brioche layered with truffle-infused cheese and confit of caramelized onion
🥗 Course Two — Beet Carpaccio - Concentric petals of heirloom roasted beet, accented with chèvre mousse, toasted pistachios, micro greens, and a citrus emulsion
🥩 Course Three — Braised Beef Bourguignon Bite - Red wine–braised beef poised atop a parmesan pomme purée with root vegetables and a rich jus
🍐 Course Four — Poire au Vin - Tender pear infused with sweet wine, paired with mascarpone cream, candied nut éclats, and a sweet reduction
