We already have some waitlisted programs and classes for Fall of 2026!

We still have a few spots for upper elementary part-time/full-time- but that's it!

We only have few spots left in the open enrichment classes.

We are so blessed to have such a wonderful community of parents, staff, and students!😊

Nothing feels like springtime more than the end-of-the-year curriculum sales! ☀️🌱 What is everyone using this summer and fall for homeschool?

We’re often asked what curriculum we use on campus for our programs, and the answer is… it depends! Each of our students has an individualized academic plan, and we pull from around 30 different curriculum resources to help build those plans.

We truly believe every child is uniquely created with their own strengths, challenges, interests, and learning styles- which is why we approach education in such a personalized way at The Hope Academy.

Are you qualified to homeschool your children?

The fear of being unqualified comes from a secular worldview. But 1 Corinthians 3 reminds us that the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God, and that is true of parenting and education. Moms and dads, God created you and gave you those children, so it makes perfect sense that He would equip you to educate them. That means He has given you the wisdom to make choices about their academics, their instructors, and the materials they use. Secular wisdom insists that you must be a degreed professional, but that is a recent development in the history of the world anyway.

We are living in a society that is hostile toward God and His church. Not just in the public square and in entertainment, but also in all areas of education. From preschool through graduate school, public education (and too often private education) is bent on separating your children from their family and their family’s Christian faith. It’s not a secret, and if you still refuse to see it, you’re already way behind. Public education was socialist from its inception, and it has fulfilled its purpose in an alarming way.

Our taxpayer funded schools are failing students in the most basic areas of academics. The most recent data from the National Assessment Governing Board on government school outcomes reports that 22% of 12th graders are proficient in math, and 35% of 12th graders are proficient in reading.

12th graders! About to graduate! ( https://www.nagb.gov/news-and-events/news-releases/2025/declines-in-8th-grade-science-and-12th-grade-math-and-reading.html ).

Despite all the government funding and multiple levels of administration and oversight, the public schools are turning out high school graduates that can’t read or do basic math.

And while they’re dumbing down American kids, they’re filling in those gaps with LGBTQ indoctrination, radical leftism, and the denial of God.

So I’ll ask you again: according to God’s word, who is more qualified to educate your children: you or the state? When you search the scriptures you’ll find that it’s you.

There are three gifts parents can give their children by choosing to homeschool:

1.) Teach them to love the Lord with all their heart, soul, and mind. (Matthew 22:37)

2.) Model how to be an independent thinkers and learners who do not lean on their own understanding, but hold every circumstance up to the light of Scripture in order to stay on a straight path. (Proverbs 3:5-6)

3.) Guide them to be lifelong learners who seek knowledge and wisdom through God's Truth, Beauty, and Goodness. (Proverbs 1:7)

Above all else, these things are what matter most for children academically and spiritually. Curriculum can be changed, co-ops can be switched, schedules can be rearranged, but the seeds sown throughout childhood will last a lifetime. 💭🙏🏻

"Childhood’s far days were full of joy,
So merry and bright and gay,
On sunny wings of happiness,
Swiftly they flew away.
But oh! By far the sweetest hour,
Of all the whole day long,
Was the slumber hour at twilight
And my mother’s voice in song—
“Hush my babe, lie still and slumber,
Holy angels guard thy bed,
Heavenly blessings without number
Gently resting on thy head.”

Tho our days are filled with gladness,
Joys of life like sunshine fall,
Still life’s slumber hour at twilight
May be sweetest of them all.
And when to realms of boundless peace,
I am waiting to depart
Then my Mother’s song at twilight
Will make music in my heart.
“Hush, my babe, lie still and slumber,
Holy angels guard thy bed.”—
And I’ll fall asleep so sweetly,
Mother’s blessings on my head."
- Laura Ingalls Wilder (1921)
