We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating hunger in the Brazos Valley by feeding bodies and souls. This is an equal opportunity provider.

The Bridge Ministries Food Pantry is a 501(C)(3) faith-based nonprofit organization. We are currently the only evening-based food pantry in the Brazos Valley that has weekly distributions. Our mission is to build relationships within the community by providing food, sharing the hope in Christ, and recognizing the inherent value of every person. We want to give more than just food to those in need, we want to affirm, encourage and love everyone who walks through our doors.

Tomorrow is Brazos Valley Giving Day, and we wanted to take a moment and share why it matters so much to us.

This year, we have provided groceries to over 2,400 unique households. This past week alone, we’ve provided 225 with groceries 🛒 distributing 2,250 cans 🥫over 1,100 pounds of frozen meat 🥩and more than 600 hygiene items 🧼

None of that happens without you. We rely entirely on gifts from people like you to keep our shelves stocked and our doors open. That’s what makes Brazos Valley Giving Day so important—it’s one day where the whole community comes together to make sure no one in the Brazos Valley goes hungry.

Tomorrow, October 20, we’re asking you to be part of that. It’s easy—just click the link in our bio, or drop off a check at our office tomorrow between 9 am - 5 pm. Our address is 304 Post Office St, Bryan, Texas.

Our goal is to raise $30,000 to keep feeding bodies and souls in our community. Thanks for standing with us. We couldn’t do this work without you 💚

Happy World Food Day 🌎🍎

When most people think of hunger, they don’t imagine it within their own community. Did you know that over 47,000 of our Brazos County neighbors have limited or uncertain access to nutritious food? That’s 1 out of every 5 Brazos County households.

This World Food Day, would you help feed your neighbors? A gift of $29 puts groceries on the table of a local family. Donate today through the link in our bio or by texting PANTRY to 844-844-6844.

Special thanks to TAMU OCCM for coming to our pantry today to package snack bags for our families!

Food offered without judgement—one neighbor told us that groceries from “takes a real weight off [their] shoulders” for them and their entire household. Stories like this are why your gift matters.

Make a gift today for and DOUBLE your impact, thanks to a matching donor 💚 Click the link in our bio to give 🛒
