Don't forget that this Sunday we will have ONE worship service at 10:30! We will honor graduating seniors and celebrate Holy Trinity Sunday. We will also begin a new study on 1 Corinthians, so join us for Sunday School at 9:15. Stick around after the service for a delicious potluck and fellowship, with outdoor games for all ages. Congratulations to these four amazing young ladies who affirmed their faith through the rite of Confirmation today! They presented their capstone faith expressions projects and received Communion for the first time. God has wonderful plans for these teens, and we are blessed to have them at Risen Savior! Thank you to everyone who was part of Confirmation and helped make this a special day.

We had a great turnout today for our Easter egg hunt! Kids enjoyed crafts, snacks, egg finding, and a special interview with the Roman soldier who guarded the tomb of Jesus. Thank you for coming!

Blessed Good Friday! Why is it "good"? Our Savior suffered and gave His life to save us and cover our sins. Because of Him, we have direct access to God the Father, no longer separated by a temple curtain.
Join us for services today at noon and 7:00pm. Evening worship will be a tenebrae service of darkness. You won't want to miss this powerful remembrance of Christ's love demonstrated in the crucifixion.

Join us at Risen Savior for the triduum of Holy Week services, beginning tonight with worship at 7:00pm.

Today is Maundy Thursday. We celebrate the new commandment that Jesus gave His disciples (and us) to love one another (John 13:34). He demonstrated this love by a servant's act of washing feet, prior to sharing supper with His followers. During this meal He also instituted Communion and foretold that one of His friends would betray Him and another would deny Him.
In our service, we will partake of the Lord's Supper, reflect on Christ's words, and receive personal absolution.

We continue with Good Friday services tomorrow at 12:00 noon and 7:00pm.

The season of Lent continues with the message: "Before Abraham was, I Am". Tonight's guest pastor is Rob Jarvis from University Lutheran Chapel.

Before service, we will be serving a fellowship meal at 5:30pm. The meal tonight will be bratwurst, potato salad, and pies, courtesy of the VanZago Connect Group.
