We had a great Rally Day celebration yesterday! Thank you to everyone who contributed, came, and helped us kick off the school year. It’s always a blessing to see everyone worship and fellowship together!

We are just a week away from Rally Day! Join us next Sunday, August 30th, for a special time of worship and fellowship. At 9:15, we will feature booths celebrating Christian Education. Come check them out and win prizes! We'll have one unified worship service at 10:30, and follow that with a potluck lunch, bounce house, and more!

We are having some great adventures at VBS! Today’s highlight was a special visit from some rainforest-dwelling reptiles! Huge thanks to RSLC member Kirk Brackmann for bringing in Penny the boa constrictor and Waffles the ball python. The kids were thrilled to interact with the snakes and learn more about them. Now they want pet snakes. 😂

Vacation Bible School is underway! Today we had 63 kids at Risen Savior singing, snacking, playing, crafting, and learning about our great God at “Rainforest Falls.” Thank you for all of the prayers, donations, and volunteers that make this program possible! We are having a blast!

Do you have old electronics you'd like to get rid of? Bring them to Risen Savior this Saturday, June 27th! Trucks will be available to collect items from 9:00am-12:00 noon.
There will be a $30 charge for televisions, but most other electronics will be recycled for free. See you Saturday!

Risen Savior members of all ages are getting ready for a rainforest adventure! We are just 3 weeks away from this summer’s Vacation Bible School program. VBS takes place 9am-noon, July 13-17. We are still looking for volunteers to help, and still accepting registration for participants! Sign up today through the church website at rslc.org.

Don't forget that this Sunday we will have ONE worship service at 10:30! We will honor graduating seniors and celebrate Holy Trinity Sunday. We will also begin a new study on 1 Corinthians, so join us for Sunday School at 9:15. Stick around after the service for a delicious potluck and fellowship, with outdoor games for all ages. Kick off summer with your church family at Risen Savior!

Congratulations to these four amazing young ladies who affirmed their faith through the rite of Confirmation today! They presented their capstone faith expressions projects and received Communion for the first time. God has wonderful plans for these teens, and we are blessed to have them at Risen Savior! Thank you to everyone who was part of Confirmation and helped make this a special day.
