Celebration Sunday Honoring Matt & Diane Olson
We are looking forward to celebrating the many years of faithful service, care, and leadership that Pastor Matt and Diane Olson have given to the Valley family as Pastor Matt transitions from the pastoral team.
Join us on Sunday, May 17, 2026, for a special day of gratitude, encouragement, and celebration together.
Our worship service will be centered around thanksgiving—reflecting on God’s goodness and faithfulness through the years. Pastor Matt will be preaching and sharing his heart with us, making this a meaningful moment we won’t want to miss.
Following the service, we’ll gather for a meal together—a time to reflect, honor, and celebrate.
There will also be a table available for handwritten notes and cards. If God has used Matt and Diane in your life, we encourage you to write a note of thanks or encouragement—something they can take with them and cherish in the days ahead.
We’ve also set up a love offering fund as a way to bless Matt and Diane. This is an opportunity to give generously, as Valley has always done so well, and to tangibly express our gratitude for all they’ve poured into this church family.
The fund will remain open through May 15. You can donate online by selecting “Fund – Matt & Diane,” or give by check and designate “Matt & Diane” in the memo.
During our time together after the service, we’ll also have an opportunity to share brief words of thanks and encouragement. If you have a short reflection on how God has used Matt and Diane in your life, we invite you to prayerfully consider sharing.
