What an incredible Serve Sunday!

Our church family spread out across our community to love, serve, encourage, clean, paint, pack, prepare, and bless others in Jesus’ name. From helping at local schools and community spaces, to serving our first responders, caring for nurses, preparing lunch, and simply jumping in wherever there was a need — we are so thankful for everyone who showed up with willing hands and joyful hearts.
Days like this remind us that the church is not just a building we gather in, but a people sent out to love our neighbors and point them to Jesus.
Thank you to every volunteer, every small group, every family, and every person who helped make Serve Sunday such a meaningful day. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve Bedford together!

Serve Sunday is coming up on Sunday, May 31st, and we can’t wait to serve our community together!

Instead of our regular Sunday morning services, we’ll gather at 9:00am at the Outpost and then be sent out to serve across Bedford. Whether you’re joining with your small group or coming alongside one of our groups, there is a place for you to jump in and make a difference.

This year’s Serve Sunday opportunities include:
• Liberty Middle School — Moving furniture, cleaning windows, and wiping walls
• YMCA Daycare — Outdoor cleaning project, (kid-friendly)
• Town of Bedford Police Department — Painting the portico
• The Outpost — Packing gift bags for nurses at the Bedford Hospital, (kid-friendly)
• The Outpost — Helping set up, prepare, and serve lunch
• Wherever I can be helpful

After we serve, we’ll come back together at 12:00pm at the Outpost for a walking tacos lunch!

Please take a moment to register so we can plan project logistics and make sure we have an accurate head count for lunch.

Still thinking about Sunday. Between parent-child dedications and a message from John 7, God showed up in a big way. We were reminded that : unbelief makes us doubt God's timing, dismiss His teaching, and downplay our sin. But faith? Faith rests in His perfect plan. Which area is God asking you to trust Him more today?

Our youth leaders are ready to lead the next generation with courage, joy, and maybe just a little bit of Rebel Alliance energy.

We’re so thankful for the men and women who show up week after week to invest in our students, point them to Jesus, and help create a place where they can grow in faith and community.
