On Memorial Day we would like to remember the more than 10 people who have died while serving as EFM missionaries. We are so grateful for their sacrifice.

Thailand has a family crisis — and Jacob and Naomi Litchfield are answering the call.

They have just completed their first marriage and family conferences in Thailand, meeting a need that local churches have long felt but lacked resources to address. In lecture halls, local churches, and rural villages across Thailand, Jake is sharing the Gospel and strengthening believers — one relationship at a time.

"In February, they were able to speak to a room full of police constables on the issues of cyber ethics and po*******hy. They were very well received, and many of the attendees were parents of kids in schools and colleges. They wanted the team to visit their children’s institutions!

The radical religious extremists want to intimidate and shut down anything that is non-Hindu. The NGO director told Tom that the team must not falter or waiver in its activities. They will continue to serve just as they have been doing. Let’s keep them in our prayers!"

"God has brought both young and middle-aged men into Tom’s sphere this season. This ad-hoc group of guys who are in vastly different stages and roles in life all want to grow in their faith.

What would give reason for them to come together, encourage one another, and grow in discipleship? The book, Banding Together takes Wesley’s “class meetings” and updates them. Now a group of guys are meeting to encourage and pray for one another while asking some pretty raw questions.

In just one week we began to see improvements in victory over sin, practical application of Scripture and better regularity in their time with God."

"We continue to train local believers in several provinces in Biblical studies and preach at our local Thai church. Please pray for us as we equip the church to live holy lives and reach their neighbors for Jesus.

We are training families about what it means to have a Biblical marriage and family.

My first semester at the university went well and opened doors to share about the Lord with my Buddhist professors. We thank Him for the opportunity to speak into the Buddhist academic world and ask for prayer for God to touch their hearts with the truth. "
