TOURNEY DAY 2026 | Saturday, May 9th from 4-9pm

Get ready for 5 straight hours of competition. We’ll have multiple events happening throughout the day, so you can jump into different tournaments and compete in what you do best.

Each event will have its own champion—and every winner will get their picture placed on that event’s trophy, where it will stay all year until the next Tournament Day.

Week 8 Challenge: Know the Real Thing
What are you worshipping?
• Identify it - What’s one thing promising life, peace, or identity - but isn’t Jesus?
• Name it - Be honest. Don’t overthink it - you already know.
• Create distance - Remove it, limit it, or step away from it this week.
• Replace it - When you feel the pull, pray, remind yourself what’s true, or choose something real.
• Live in what’s true - You’re not losing something - you’re making room for real life.

Week 7 Challenge - BE WITH JESUS
• Every day this week, spend 10 intentional minutes being with Jesus—not just thinking about Him.
• Pick one simple, physical way to do it:
- Sit in silence and talk to Him like He’s actually there
- Go on a walk and speak to Him out loud
- Eat a meal slowly and invite Him into it
- Do a simple task (like dishes) and be aware He’s with you

Do one intentional act of love for that person that costs you something.
• Send a text owning something you did
• Sit with them instead of your normal friends
• Help them with something when you’re busy

These were the takeaways our group came up with from 1 John 3:11-4:6.

Week 5 Challenge - VISIBLE FAITH:
Do something for someone else that costs you:
[TIME]
- Sit with someone you normally wouldn’t
- Help a sibling/parent without being asked
- Stay after to help someone instead of leaving
[COMFORT]
- Apologize first (even if it’s awkward)
- Forgive someone instead of holding onto it
- Start a conversation with someone you usually avoid
[REPUTATION]
- Stand up for someone getting made fun of
- Don’t laugh along with a joke you know isn’t right
- Be open about your faith when it would be easier not to
