We are so excited to introduce Alex Armstrong to our summer missionary team! Alex brings a passion for storytelling and a heart for ministry to everything she does.

Year: Junior
Major: Theology and Journalism & Mass Communications
Hobbies: Singing, cooking, baking, and staying active with walks and runs! 🏃‍♀️🎤

Alex is a familiar face on campus and is eager to share the unique beauty of Benedictine culture with everyone she meets this summer.

We are thrilled to introduce Cazin School to our summer team! Cazin is a freshman at Benedictine College with a heart for leadership, education, and deep faith.

Year: Freshman
Major: Mathematics & Secondary Education
Campus Involvement: Gregorian Leadership Fellow, John Paul II Fellow, retreat team, and chapel team.
Hobbies: Singing liturgical music, talking sports, and training for a half marathon! 👟🎶

We are so excited to introduce Hannah Morais to our summer missionary team! Hannah is bringing a wealth of passion for ministry and a heart ready for service all the way from Tennessee.

Year: Class of 2028
Hometown: Chattanooga, TN
Major: Theology and Evangelization & Catechesis (Youth Ministry specialization)
Minor: Spanish
Hobbies: Spending time with family and friends, going to Adoration, reading, and baking. 📖🥖

This Summer:
Her hope is to pour out the love she has received from Him on everyone she encounters and to continue receiving that love through the Eucharist and the community. We can’t wait to see the blessings God has in store through Hannah’s witness!

We are so excited to introduce Teresa Braun to our summer team! Teresa is a familiar face around campus and brings so much talent and heart to everything she does.

Year: Sophomore
Major: English & Secondary Education
Campus Life: Teresa stays busy as a Greg, a student ambassador, and a member of the music ministry team!
Hobbies: Singing, reading, playing piano and guitar, watching movies, and diving into a good board game with friends and family. 🎹🃏

Giving Back:
BCYC had a profound impact on Teresa when she was in high school, and she is thrilled to return this summer to give back to the program that meant so much to her.

We are so blessed to have Isabel Gonzalez returning to the team this summer! With her leadership experience and heart for mission, she brings so much wisdom and joy to our community.

Year: Senior
Major: Classical Education & Philosophy (Honors Program)
Background: The second oldest of six children! As part of a military family, Isabel has lived all over the country.
Hobbies: Reading, cooking, baking, and dancing! 💃🥧

Leadership & Service:
Isabel served as the BC Ministry Mission Trips Co-coordinator this year, and we are thrilled to have her bring that missionary spirit to our team once again.

Meet the Missionaries: Kalvin! 🇮🇹✈️

A sophomore at Benedictine studying Accounting and Theology, Kalvin recently returned from a semester in Florence, Italy. For him, the best part wasn't just the pasta—it was the deep, lifelong community built while traveling across Europe.

Now, he’s bringing that same passion for community to BCYC! He’s hyped to help high schoolers discover the beauty of the faith and find true "rest" in the Lord.
