HUGE USED BOOK & ART SALE - 2026
Book lovers wait all year for this huge three-day used book and art sale that fills two buildings at Mount Vernon Unitarian Church, 1909 Windmill Lane, Alexandria, 22307. The 2026 sale starts Thursday, March 26, 1 - 5pm and continues Friday, March 27, 12 - 8pm and Saturday, March 28, 10 am - 3 pm. Individually priced books, gently used art, children's books, and rare/better books will be in the church building. Flat rate books, puzzles, CDs and DVDs will be in the Old Mansion. They are $2 for hardback books, $1 for large paperbacks, and 50cents for small paperbacks. Puzzles are $2 with CDs and DVDs at $1 each. Saturday is half price in the church building and $5 a bag in the Old Mansion. Proceeds help support church activities.

Ready for some fundraising fun? Join Mt. Vernon Unitarian Church for an exciting Trivia Night to benefit United Community, featuring special guest Jeff Pandin, former Jeopardy! champion! Register for $35 as an individual or $200 for a team of up to 8 people. Eighteen tables are available. Enjoy pizza, beer, raffles, and prizes—so bring your friends!
