Assumption Volunteers in the UK gathered in Newcastle over the weekend for a time of reflection, fellowship, and looking ahead as we enter the final two months of our service with KidsKabin.

A lovely surprise during the weekend was meeting Niño and his family at St Michael’s Church during Mass. Niño is a former Assumption Volunteer who returned to Newcastle to meet friends & revisit the place where he once served, reminiscing on his time with the programme and sharing the lasting impact it had on his life.

AMA Director, Sandy is in England this week visiting the two volunteers from the U.S.✨ Earlier in the week, she spent time with the Sisters’ community in Twickenham - sharing a lovely lunch and visiting the beautiful campus of St. Mary’s University 💜
