Children in Cambridge are facing hunger, and as summer approaches, it only gets harder for some families.

The summer holidays should be one of the happiest times of year for children and parents alike. But for low-income families, the summer can bring increased food costs, lost hours of work and higher childcare bills.

But you can help.

We’ve launched our Summer Appeal to support families struggling to afford life’s essentials this summer.

🚨We are in urgent need of long-life juice and squash! 🚨

Every emergency food parcel we distribute contains long-life juice or squash. It’s an essential item that people regularly receive, however as of this week, our stock is almost empty.

If the next time you pop into a shop, you pick up just one carton or bottle, you’d be making a big difference to those in need.

Donations can be made at your local supermarket collection point or at our warehouse on Thursday nights and Monday and Friday mornings.

On Sunday 17th May we welcomed lots of pets (this year they were all dogs) and their carers for a special Pet Service.
We thanked God for our pets and those who wanted to came up for a blessing.
All were well behaved...the pets too 😉😂

Just inside the church hall doors is our Prayer Board.
If you would like prayer, for yourself or others, please write your request on the card under the pictures and pop it in the little post box there.
You can include your name or not, it's up to you.
These payers will then be prayed for each morning in our Morning Prayers and Friday Prayer Meeting.
