ENCASE YOU HAVEN'T FOGURED OUT THE "UNDERSTAFFED" LIE YET?

Please stop. We all know the "understaffed" lie by now. No one believes your lies anymore. You been telling that lie since FDR. FDR invented this tactic.

How come corporate is do foolish to try over and over for decades to mske us believe your STAFFING CRISIS is not intentional.

They will always have an excuse to why they are understaffed. They will never become fully staffed. And they will replace you as soon as you quit.

You do it on purpose so you can over work you under staff for less pay.

# The Main Idea (Thesis Statement)

Today, many churches in America—no matter what type they are, from Catholic and Orthodox to Baptist, Lutheran, Assemblies of God, and others—have a major problem. They are using mind games, tricking people for money, and using God’s name to control others. This isn’t just happening with famous "celebrity" mega-church pastors who get caught in big scandals. It is happening all over the place.

Church leaders often try to defend themselves by saying, *"Sure, a few famous pastors are bad, but most pastors are great!"* But the truth is, this problem is everywhere. It shows that the organized church system itself is broken.

You cannot find true spiritual safety in religious organizations run by humans. True safety is only found in the invisible, true "body of Christ." This is a group of genuine believers scattered all over the world who are led by the Holy Spirit and stay far away from the greedy, popular, business-like church systems of today.

---

# The Argument

# # 1. The Excuse of "Only a Few Bad Apples"

When church leaders try to laugh off the abuse by saying that bad pastors are rare, they aren’t showing us any real proof.

My answer to them is simple: **"Show me the statistics."** The list of famous pastors who have committed major crimes is incredibly long. Almost every single day, we see breaking news about a pastor getting caught assaulting someone, stealing money, or hurting people emotionally and spiritually. Since these headlines happen daily in every kind of church, the leaders need to prove that things are as fine as they claim.

This problem isn't just in one group. I see it just as much in churches that don't believe in modern miracles as I do in churches that do. I see it just as much in politically liberal churches as in conservative ones. It is just as common in traditional Catholic and Orthodox churches as it is in modern, high-tech "party" churches. Because it's everywhere, I need to see real data to back up the claim that most pastors are doing great.

The Apostle Peter actually warned us that God would judge His own people first when things go wrong:

> "For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God?" — 1 Peter 4:17

# # 2. What I Have Seen with My Own Eyes

I am not saying these things to sound like I am better than everyone else, or like I am the only one going to heaven. I am saying this because I have traveled, looked closely, and tested what is happening in churches across the country.

I spent 14 years under the harsh, controlling leadership of Rony Denis at the House of Prayer Christian Church. After leaving, I visited many other churches—like Assemblies of God, Baptist, and Lutheran churches. Sadly, I found the exact same bad behavior. The pastors were still trying to boss people around, manipulate them, and hurt them emotionally, just like the famous mega-church pastors do.

The Old Testament prophets spoke out against this exact same thing. They warned leaders who only cared about helping themselves instead of protecting the people they were supposed to care for:

> "Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel... Woe to the shepherds of Israel who feed themselves! Should not the shepherds feed the flocks?" — Ezekiel 34:2

# # 3. The Diagnosis: A Sickness from Head to Toe

The organized church today looks just like the ancient nation of Israel when the Prophet Isaiah complained about it. The human leaders at the "head" of the church are sick. Because people have rebelled against God and ignored the truth, the whole organization is hurting.

> "From the sole of the foot even to the head, there is no soundness in it, but wounds and bruises and putrefying sores; they have not been closed or bound up, or soothed with ointment." — Isaiah 1:6

In the Bible, the word "soundness" means being completely healthy and whole. Isaiah is using a medical picture here. He is describing a body that is so badly beaten and broken that there isn't a single patch of healthy skin left. It has open cuts, deep bruises, and infected sores.

Even worse, nobody is treating the wounds. The church leaders have refused to say sorry, fix their mistakes, or use the healing truth of God's word to clean up the corruption. Because of this, the visible church system is falling apart from top to bottom.

# # 4. The True Church and the Perfect Leader

Even though the popular, visible church systems are doing terrible things, Jesus Christ is the perfect, healthy Head of the true Church. Because Jesus is God, He cannot become sick, corrupt, or fail.

I believe the real body of Christ is made up of sincere believers who love God, are scattered across the world, and are led by the Holy Spirit. They follow in Jesus' footsteps. Jesus will one day come back to take this true body to heaven. This true group of believers is definitely *not* the popular, famous church systems where pastors are doing terrible things.

The rich, media-driven, and abusive churches we see on TV and the internet do not represent God's true people. In the end, Jesus will judge the corrupt leaders and rescue His real followers. He promised to build a Church that nothing—not even the failures of corrupt men—can destroy.

> "And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence." — Colossians 1:18

> "Nevertheless the solid foundation of God stands, having this seal: 'The Lord knows those who are His.'" — 2 Timothy 2:19

# # Thesis Statement

The contemporary American church ecosystem—spanning across Cessationist, Charismatic, Liberal, Conservative, Orthodox, Catholic, and mainline Protestant denominations like the Assemblies of God, Baptist, and Lutheran churches—exhibits systemic patterns of psychological abuse, extortion, and spiritual manipulation that mirror the highly publicized crimes of mega-church celebrity pastors. Despite institutional defenses, such as the assertion that "Some Celebrity Pastors are predators but the Majority of Pastors are excellent," the ubiquitous nature of these ecclesiastical abuses suggests an institutional crisis of spiritual decay rather than isolated misconduct. True spiritual security cannot be found in compromised human religious structures, but only within the uncorrupted, invisible body of Christ—a faithful remnant of believers scattered globally, led by the Holy Spirit, and entirely distinct from the popular, market-driven religious systems of the modern world.

---

# # The Argument

# # # I. The Institutional Fallacy of the "Isolated Minority"

When church leaders dismiss systemic abuse by claiming that predatory celebrity pastors are a microscopic minority while the "majority of pastors are excellent," they make an assertion that lacks empirical transparency. In response to this defense, I state clearly: **"I need to see statistics on that because the list of Celebrity Pastors is long and their gross crimes are so long and I see headline news nearly every single day about a Pastor caught in sexual assault, extortion, or spiritual abuse."** Because these headlines surface almost daily across every theological camp, the burden of proof lies on those defending the status quo.

This institutional corruption is not an anomaly confined to one branch of the faith. As I have observed, **"I'm seeing this just as much in the Cessationist church as the charismatic church. I'm seeing this as much in the left liberal church as in the right conservative church. I'm seeing this as much in the traditional orthodox and catholic church as in the modern party churches."** Therefore, the demand for empirical evidence remains paramount: **"So I need to see statistics on that claim just as much as when you show me the innumerable accounts from well known Celebrity Pastors and Mega Churches."**

This widespread institutional corruption echoes the warning of the Apostle Peter, who noted that judgment and exposure begin inside the house of God:

> "For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?" — **1 Peter 4:17**

# # # II. Personal Witness of Systemic Manipulation

This assessment is not born out of self-righteousness or a desire to be elite, but out of extensive personal observation and lived experience. **"I said I can't even find a church or any Pastor today in America where I would say he there you are safe. I'm not saying that because I'm self-righteousness or think I'm the only one or that my church or ways are the only one going to Heaven."** Rather, it is the result of testing the spirits across the country. Having spent 14 years under the domineering leadership of Rony Denis at the House of Prayer Christian Church, and having subsequently traveled to and assessed numerous Assemblies of God, Baptist, and Lutheran churches, the exact same undercurrents remain constant. **"I've traveled to many churches and found the same domineering manipulation and psychological abuse in them as in the Celebrity Pastors mega churches, as in Rony Denis House of Prayer Christian Church I attended for 14 years, and in the AG church, and in the Baptist churches, and Lutheran churches. So I make my case."**

The Old Testament prophets routinely confronted this exact dynamic, where shepherds fed themselves on the vulnerability of the flock rather than protecting them:

> "Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God unto the shepherds; Woe be to the shepherds of Israel that do feed themselves! should not the shepherds feed the flocks?" — **Ezekiel 34:2**

# # # III. The Diagnosis: Isaiah 1 and Total Sickness

The current state of human-led church institutions reflects the historical indictment leveled by the Prophet Isaiah against Israel. As I contend, **"I say the same as Isaiah said in Chapter 1 the head of the body of the church in the world which is some man is sick. The body is severely beaten by God because of rebellion and ignorance."**

> "From the sole of the foot even unto the head there is no soundness in it; but wounds, and bruises, and festering sores: they have not been pressed, neither bound up, neither mollified with oil." — **Isaiah 1:6 (Tanakh-1917)**

In this scriptural context, **soundness** (*metom*) denotes complete physical wholeness, health, and untainted flesh. Isaiah’s medical metaphor describes a body so utterly traumatized that it lacks a single patch of healthy skin. The progression from open wounds to deep internal bruising and untreated, festering sores represents total systemic collapse.

Furthermore, the failure to press, bind, or mollify these wounds with oil demonstrates a complete absence of basic spiritual first aid. The institutional church's leadership has failed to repent, filter out corruption, or apply the healing truth of the gospel to its own internal rot, leaving the visible establishment culturally and spiritually disintegrating from head to toe.

# # # IV. The Remnant and the Incorruptible Head

While the visible, popular church system engages in abominable works, Jesus Christ remains the flawless, un-sickened Head of His true Church. Because the Head is divine, He is incapable of illness, compromise, or failure.

**"I believe the body of Christ is a body of believers sincerely serving Christ scattered among the world led by the Holy Ghost and serving God by following in Jesus footsteps. The Head which is Christ is not able to be sick and Christ has a body in the world which He will one day rapture. That body is obviously not the popular or known church doing these abominable works with their Pastors."**

The compromised, media-driven, and abusive institutions that dominate public life do not represent this faithful bride. Christ will ultimately judge the corrupt shepherds and rescue His genuine, scattered flock at the rapture, fulfilling His promise to build a Church that the gates of hell—and the failures of corrupt men—cannot prevail against.

> "And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence." — **Colossians 1:18**

> "Template:God's Seal: Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his." — **2 Timothy 2:19**

If it's mandatory from the government then it should be free. Poor people can't afford to buy a used car for 10,000 dollar plus all that.

# # A Proclamation of Truth and a Plea for Grace: From Captivity to Commission

**To the Body of Christ and Seekers of Truth,**

Grace and peace be unto you in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

I come before you today not with a spirit of bitterness, but from a place of profound humility and "rooftop proclamation." After **14 years** of service, I walked away from **House of Prayer Christian Church (HOPCC)** in June 2022. I am not a man seeking to settle a score; I am a watchman protecting the sheep by exposing the "ravaging wolves" that hide behind the pulpit, while pleading for your mercy and careful consideration of the scars left by a journey many may never fully understand.

# # # The 14-Year Shadow of HOPCC and Rony Denis

For over a decade, I was deeply entrenched in a high-control system led by **Rony Denis**. I exhausted my **Montgomery GI Bill** to pay for 13 years of rigorous seminary and ministry training within that organization—training that was ultimately used as a tool for exploitation. I served in the trenches, doing everything from street preaching to manual labor, all while being subjected to psychological gatekeeping.

Under the direct control of Rony Denis, I was forced into **two prearranged marriages**. These were not unions of God, but tactical setups designed to maintain control. When I finally chose the biblical path of integrity over the "caste system" of HOPCC, they moved to dismantle my life, my reputation, and—most painfully—my family.

# # # The Attack on My Children and Restoration

The most devastating weapon used by HOPCC was their deliberate attempt to destroy my relationship with my children. There is no greater cruelty than a religious system that uses children as pawns to punish a parent who chooses freedom. They set out to poison their hearts, to alienate them from me, and to ensure that the "vulture of my past" would keep us apart.

I want to speak directly to those who have felt that same sting: my heart breaks with yours. I love my five children deeply, and despite the fractures I tried to prevent but could not, I continue to pray for total restoration. To those who join us, know that this is a safe harbor. We are here to nurture, to protect, and to heal families—not to tear them asunder for the sake of a leader's ego.

# # # A New Vision: A Church Without Gatekeepers

My vision, alongside **Apostle Miheret**, is to build **A Living God Service Church**—a place that refuses to repeat the patterns of high-control abuse. We are calling for a **congregational-style fellowship** where we can freely engage in discussions on the Scriptures.

* **Gifts over Hierarchy:** In this ministry, titles are ministry gifts, not an authoritative hierarchy. While a Bishop must not be a novice, we recognize that God often uses the "novice" to carry His word.
* **Prophetic Liberty:** We make room for prophetic gifting where those moved by the Spirit can preach by inspiration, as **1 Corinthians 14** instructs.
* **Boundaries of Holiness:** No minister or speaker will be permitted to speak while living in open, known homosexuality, adultery, po*******hy, or fornication. Every speaker must have a clear testimony of faith, salvation, and baptism, evidently keeping that commitment through continued fellowship and faithfulness.

# # # Radical Transparency and Our Financial Need

We are a transparent ministry. Over the last three years, we have only received **$695 USD** in donations. Every cent was given to the poor. To move forward, we need a community of givers. We are looking for weekly or monthly supporters—even if it is only a few dollars. These funds are vital for our online programs, state registration, internet costs, and the equipment needed for preaching on the streets and online. When we return to the USA, our goal is to rent a physical space to gather.

**Important Note on Giving:**
We are specifically **NOT a 501c3**. We move forward this way to avoid denominational chains that can disguise control as accountability. While your gifts are not tax-deductible through the church directly, we believe they may be processed as such through our official platform:

**Support our Mission here:** [GoFundMe - A Living God Service Church](https://www.gofundme.com/u/alivinggodservicechurch)

# # # Integrity and the Power of a Living Testimony

I am extremely concerned about my testimony and way of life. I do not take the pulpit lightly; I want my life to be a living proof of the power of God to save, keep, and restore. Why is it that the religious world can stomach men like **Mike Bickle** after patterns of abuse, yet they demand I be "forever barred" because of a history engineered by a cult?

I am not a **"Jim Jones"**—Jim was accepted by the establishment. I am an outsider, a man who believes that God gives "messed-up" people the grace to minister. If the **Apostle Paul** (a former murderer) and **King Manasseh** could be restored, so can I. A God of justice does not require a man to remain in a trap of abuse and involuntary celibacy.

# # # A Call to Fellowship

I have been married four times. My first was in sin before I knew the Lord; the others were entangled in a high-control group that sought to destroy me. Through it all, I have fought to keep a clear conscience. I am a veteran of the faith who has survived the fire to testify of the Deliverer.

We seek partnerships with those who value sincerity over certificates. Whether you join us with integrity already proven or we raise you up over time, we can do this together through our Lord Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Ghost.

**In the Unfailing Grip of Grace,**
