The rainy long weekend may have kept some of our families away last Sunday, but it didn’t stop the rest of us from participating in the Kids’ Corner story time!!😂🙌 Grateful for the commitment of our Kids Church volunteers.

We hope to be back at MacLean Park tomorrow for our worship service at 10:30am, but in the case of smoke or rain, we’ll see you at 499 East Pender.

Throughout the summer months, we focus on nurturing authentic community here at Strathcona Vineyard Church.
We hope you’ve been able to join us at one of our FIFA watch parties (pictured here) or bi-weekly summer family BBQs! This August, we invite you to join our Tuesday night worship nights, Wednesday morning Bible studies, or Sunday post-service picnics! DM us if you’d like more info! ☀️

Starting this Sunday July 5, we will be moving OUTDOORS for our Sunday worship services in MacLean Park until the end of August! ☀️🌳😎
It is always a gift to worship together in the beauty of God’s creation. We hope you will join us!

Where: Southeast corner of MacLean Park (710 Keefer St.)
When: Sundays @ 10:15am (fellowship); 10:30am (service)

Bring a lawn chair or picnic blanket if you have one, and your own lunch! All are invited to stay and eat together after the service.

Note: In the case of rain, we will meet back at 499 East Pender St. ☔️

This Sunday, June 21st, we will be celebrating National Indigenous Peoples Day! Please join us for a potluck brunch at 10AM. Following the service, we will head over to the Carnegie Community Centre to join in on the Block Party until 2PM, which will honour and celebrate the traditions and cultures of First Peoples. All are welcome to attend!

We only have a few Sundays left at 499 East Pender St. before we relocate to MacLean Park for our summer services. Join us tomorrow at 10:30am, and invite a friend! We’d love to see you there.

☀️Morning, friends. IT’S COFFEE TIME!!☕️

Head on over to 499 East Pender St. this morning between 10-11:30am for a hot drink, some tasty treats, and chill conversation. Bring your friends - all are welcome. There might even be some live music… 🎶

Shoutout to all our volunteers who make this special time of community connection possible. A new highlight of our weekly rhythms here at Strathcona Vineyard!

We encourage you to wear red with us this Sunday in preparation for Red Dress Day on May 5th, to raise awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women across the country, honour the victims and call for justice.

The Red Dress Day Ceremony will be held on Tuesday May 5th at Vancouver City Hall from 11am-2pm.
