A glimpse into our annual Strathcona Vineyard Church Retreat a couple of weeks ago at Stepping Stones Bible Camp🏕️ Highlights of the weekend were the art activities, lively worship sessions, delicious meals, and toasty campfires we enjoyed together. We praise God for a nourishing time connecting as church family and worshipping God in the beauty of His creation!

This morning, we gathered in honour of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, to pray for the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh Nations as they prepared for their ceremonies today. We continue to remember, mourn with, and learn from our Indigenous brothers and sisters. We commit to praying for them throughout the coming year, and journeying together towards healing and reconciliation.

We are enjoying a time away on our Annual Strathcona Vineyard Church Retreat this weekend at beautiful Stepping Stones Bible Camp! This means that our regular Sunday service is cancelled for tomorrow.

We look forward to resuming our services at CSDS (499 E Pender) next Sunday, Sept. 20. Come at 9:50am with a dish to share for our potluck brunch!

Hope to see you then.

We hope to be back at MacLean Park tomorrow for our worship service at 10:30am, but in the case of smoke or rain, we’ll see you at 499 East Pender.
