This Sunday, September 13th, guitarist Matt Franceschini leads a dynamic trio known for its engaging and interactive approach to each performance.

Having performed across Canada, the trio brings energy, spontaneity, and musical conversation to every stage. With a repertoire combining Matt’s original compositions and thoughtfully selected jazz standards, the trio has a wide range of music to interpret and explore.

Heather Soles and her band are “committed to using Music as a force for good in the world”.🎙️🎶🌷

Joining us this week are Ben Dobyns on the organ and Johnny Tobin on the piano!

Ben is a musician for both St. Agnes church in North Vancouver and St. Bridgid at Christ Church Cathedral, as well as an experienced film maker who has worked on a wide variety of projects.

Johnny is a Grammy and Juno nominated keyboardist and producer. He has worked on tracks with hundreds of artists, and his clientele has included Disney and the Utah Jazz NBA team

This Sunday, August 16th Kathleen Driscoll will be joining us with her great band including Sharon Minemoto (piano), Conrad Good (bass), and Buff Allen (drums). 🎶

Kathleen was born and raised in Laval, Quebec. Her mom's singing and love of music are fond memories of her childhood. Leaving Quebec at 19, with a short stop over in Calgary for 9 years, she settled down in Vancouver in 1986 which she gladly calls home.

Kathleen is learning a new way of life called retirement, which seems to keep her busier than ever before. But now she will be able to concentrate on her love of acting and singing.

Kathleen is well known around the lower mainland for her community theatre acting and involvement. She has been acting for the past 29 years and started pursuing singing jazz in the last 3 years. Kathleen has recorded her first CD (September 2025) with Lorraine Foster, her mentor, mom, and best friend.

This jazz vespers at St. Andrew’ s Wesley is dedicated to her mom, Lorraine Foster. She will be singing a song from each of Lorraine’s cd’s.

Kathleen is very excited about this show and hopes you will enjoy it!

This Sunday, August 2nd, we will have the Teresa Marie Trio joining us!

Teresa Marie is an experienced performer in the Vancouver Jazz scene, participating in the Vancouver Jazz Festival for the past three years as well as several venues throughout the city. She is well known for her lively stage presence and her soulful, warm voice. She is joined by long time collaborator Dean Thiessen, who is an esteemed piano player in the Vancouver scene. Teresa is also thrilled to share the stage with nationally acclaimed guitar player Bill C**n.
