Holy Blossom Temple. Life can blossom here.

For Sukkot, our community placed Israeli Flags around our Sukkah, a small but powerful expression of solidarity and connection to Israel.

We remember the victims, the hostages and their families, and all those who continue to carry the pain of that day.

May we remember with love, grieve with compassion, and pray for a day when every family can live in safety. May those we lost be forever held in our hearts.

Last night, we gathered at Holy Blossom to remember and to be together. Through ESEK’s NOVA Collection, Still Dancing, and a moving conversation with Nova survivor and photographer Shye Klein, we made space for stories of loss, resilience, memory, and hope. Thank you to everyone who joined us, and to the artists and survivor storytellers who shared their voices.

We remember. We hold one another close. And we keep dancing 💙

Pain can narrow our vision. Grief can harden us. But neither should be allowed to dictate who we become.

In this Shabbat Shuvah sermon, Rabbi Taylor Baruchel reflects on what it means to hold onto empathy when the world gives us every reason not to.

New doors. New beginnings. Happy first day of school!

Today, a new chapter begins at Holy Blossom Temple as we welcome the newest students of Bialik Hebrew Day School to their very first day of school in their newly renovated classrooms. And what better way to mark a new beginning than by hanging mezuzot on the doorposts?

Each mezuzah is a welcome, a blessing, and a reminder that Jewish life happens in the places we learn, grow, gather, and call home. May this be the first of many beautiful beginnings 🍎📚✨
